well on one of my teams part of a challenge is staying in your calorie range. I have been having a hard time getting to the low end of my calories. By the time I get done with dinner I do not want to eat anything else. I am full and if I do eat, I am uncomfortable the rest of the night. I have been upping my exercise and starting to lose a little bit here and there. I am wondering if my calories are set right for me here. please feel free to look at my trackers and any suggestions will be appreciated. Hope you all have a wonderful day.
