In August I am going to do my best to get in more fitness minutes than I have in the past. My highest for a month is 1775 and my highest miles is 99.5 I completely flopped in July even tho I lost 2 lbs. I hope to lose more in August

    I would not consider 2 pounds lost a flop. IMO, anytime there is weight lost and not gained it is great :)

    Okay lady, you've got me grrrrrring up...I looked at the site, and took the test....not to bad for a 56 yr old lady, and I'm interested...just don't know if I'll be doing them every day...with this schedule..although I could do them at work when no one is around....soooo it's a go with me.

I'm a sucker for a challenge...now let me know how you're doing!?

MY JOURNEY UPDATE

WELL I STARTED OUT AT 216 WITH A BMI IF 33.8 ABOUT 2 YEARS AGO.

TODAY I AM AT 198 WITH A BMI OF 31.0. I HAVE DROPPED MY BMI BY 2.8

I HAVE TO GO DOWN ANOTHER .3 AND 1 LB TO BE OUT OF THE OBESE RANGE AND INTO THE OVERWEIGHT RANGE WHICH IS MY FIRST GOAL THAT I WILL HAVE MET. MY 2ND GOAL IS TO GET TO 170. THAT MAY BE WHERE I STAY. I AM NOT SURE

I HAVE ANOTHER 3.6 LBS TO LOSE TO HAVE LOST 10% OF MY BODY WEIGHT.

I HAVE GONE FROM A SIZE 20W IN JEANS TO A SIZE 18-16 DEPENDING ON THE STYLE. IN TOPS I HAVE GONE FROM A 2X TO XLARGE AND IF I AM LUCKY LARGE.

I HAVE 21 WEEKS BEFORE CHRISTMAS YEAP THAT IS IT SPARKERS 21 WEEKS. I WANT TO LOSE 1 LB EACH WEEK AND THAT WILL PUT ME 8 LBS AWAY FROM MY 2ND GOAL.

I WANT TO BE ABLE TO WEAR A SEXY BLACK DRESS FOR MYSELF AND MY HUBBY AND LOOK HOT.

AM I PROUD OF MYSELF FOR WHAT I HAVE ACCOMPLISHED SO FAR. SOME DAYS YES-----SOME DAYS NO. I STILL GET DOWN ON MYSELF MORE THAN I SHOULD BUT I AM WORKING ON IT.
