well this week has been much better.I have mad alot better choices, and I feel much better about myself.Thanks to ALL my spark friends.I know I will have hard days but when I do I just need to step back and have a little pep talk with myself and my SPARK support team. THANKSSSSSSS
hI TODAY IM STARTING MY 28DAY JOURNEY. THIS IS REALLY HARD 4 ME TO MAKE A COMITMENT BUT IM DOING IT.MY GOALS ARE 1.WORK OUT 15/30 MIN.EACH DAY 2.EAT AT LEAST 1FRUIT AN 1VEGGI A DAY 3.MAKE A VISUAL BOARD THIS WEEK AND DRINK 8 GLASSES OF WATER DAILY. SO HERE I GO!
