I am beginning a new exercise challenge to last until Halloween. I have joined with friends from my WW message board. Even though I am no longer a WW member I have kept in touch with this board.
We feel Halloween is the beginning of the "heavy" time of the year. You know, the trifecta Halloween, Thanksgiving and Christmas. This should help us stay ahead of the calories.
My personal challenge is to do 1 1/2 hours of exercise a day for 5 days a week, totaling 450 minutes. Also averaging 6,000 steps a day for 7 days. My exercise will include walking, aerobic dvds, strength training with hand weights, yoga and just marching in place if I need to get my steps in.
I am hoping for a Happy Halloween!
