My last blog entry was a long time.
Well for a while I have been stuck at the same weight and literally gave up. I stopped trying. But I have done some reading and with the support, motication, and love of my wonderful Wife and got back on track.
I have been making sure that I meet my daily calorie goals (I had been eating below it) and I have been aiming to burn 312 calories 6 days out of the week. So with that I have lost 1.2 pounds since 2/17/11. This may not seem like much to you but its the best thing that has happened in a long time.
