Guess how I started my morning? With a blueberry muffin from Panera Bread! Yep, I see you all nodding your heads because you know just how good and tempting those blueberry muffins are. I ate it slowly, while driving. When I finished, I didn't feel at all bad about it. I wanted some OJ to wash it down, but instead, I had a bottle of water, along with my daily multi.
Now, I'm sitting at my desk (with a very busy day ahead) and here is what I'm doing, in preparation to kick that busy day's butt:
*Green tea is waiting
*2 eggs are boiling on the stove
*Just finished making 3 bottles of Crystal Lite Raspberry Lemonade water
*Grapes in my lunch bag waiting
*10 peanut butter pretzels, bagged and waiting: 150 cal, 2 g sugar, 5 g protein, in case you're wondering)
*Medium banana in my lunch bag waiting
So, you see, I'm ready for this busy day! I am headed to dance practice with several little girls as they prep for a big event which is coming up soon (my baby's Sweet 16 Debutante Ball!), taking my laptop so that I can write while they practice, and should I have the urge to snack or get a little hungry, I'm good and prepped!
Oh, and did I mention that my walking shoes will remain on my feet the entire day that I'm away from my home, so that if I find one millisecond of time and space, I'm walking!
Remember, it's not how you begin it, it's how you end it! We can all do this!

NO weigh in today and here's the #1 bad thing to do guys....I waited too late in the day to start eating. I didn't take in a lot of calories, but my eating was not on point. I made my Smoothies for my lunch, well....they're still in the fridge, will have tomorrow.
OK, tons of work to do so I will see you guys tomorrow. Had to get in here because I'm on a log in to SPARK streak and I don't want to break it!

My eating was on point today! Did not weigh nor did I exercise, but for the most part, stuck to my planned schedule and was very mindful.
This is how I fared today:
1 cup of hot lemon water when I got up
Breakfast: Smoothie (kale, spinach, carrots, tomatoes, peppers, banana, pineapple, cinnamon & cayenne pepper)
Snack: 2 boiled egg whites
Lunch: Smoothie (same as above)
Dessert: 4 pieces of Zeppoli from Olive Garden (I typically would have eaten all 8)
Dinner: Brown rice w/homemade ghoulash
Night Snack: red grapes

Scale was 180.4. Yep, appetites back!
Today I had:
Breakfast: Oatmeal w/sunflower seeds
Snack: bowl of Honey Bunches of Oats cereal with 2 % milk
Lunch: bowl of my home-made ghoulash w/brown rice
Snack: Cup of coffee w/pack of Truvia and tablespoon of French Vanilla cream
Dinner: bowl of my home-made ghoulash w/brown rice
8 cups of water
No formal exercise but grocery shopping for 1 hour and a half (which I stocked up on fruits, veggies, non-fat greek yogurt, eggs, OJ, couple of Lean Cuisine meals, water, etc.), and deep house cleaning!
