Morning! The plan stan-
Breakfast- Chobani Fruit smoothies. W. strawberries, cranberries, tomato, and flax.
Lunch- Organic Chicken salad made w. fage 0% non fat for a mayo sub, on top of a romaine salad with onions. 2 pieces of flatbread and a side of grilled squash.
Snack- Walnuts and String Cheese
Dinner- Baked Eggplant Parmesan. Homemade sauce, fresh mozz, all very light and healthy.
2 cups of coffee, 140 oz of h20, 20-25 miles on the bike spinning..
