Moving forward

Learning to try and let things go and refocus a bit on my goals. I have let myself down a bit but am trying not to let it take me down. I may not get to where I wanted to be by the end if the year but I can move closer to it. See, working on my all or nothing thinking..:). Work in progress!!

    Have the goal. Work for reaching the goal but enjoy the process and the goal will be achieved and maintained.

After a bad week last week I am getting back on track...two days of Zumba core...45 minutes each time...muscles are feeling it. Off day tomorrow and gym on Thursday... Feeling more optimistic this week. :).

    You can do this. I know how it is because I too am dealing with trying to get back on track. I did so good for so long and let my guard down and slipped. But I am starting to get back on track now. You can do it.
