ok, so I have been regularly exercising for over two years.
6 -7 days a week. Regular.
In a gym. Treadmill, elliptical, bikes and weights.
Today I ran outside. I was feeling fine but at 20 minutes my hands started to tingle. I tried to ignore them, but finally just started walking.
I walked for another 40 minutes, came home, showered and still had tingly fingers.
Any thoughts on how to avoid them next time?
