250 Min in one week

I am so excited! One of my spark streaks for this week was to walk every day. I have been walking about 20-25 minutes first thing thing the morning with a stretch after. I've also enjoyed a mid-day walk at work or with my hubby.

Tonight I got a trophy for 250 minutes after just one week! Can you imagine!! I am so excited. Just imagine how many fitness minutes I'll be giving my body each month. I feel joyful and proud at this moment.

What a fun night

1. Yesterday continued to be fantastic - Kerry made her amazing taco pizza for dinner and Banoffee pie for dessert!
2. I have an action plan for today to help keep me on track for all the things I need to get done (a few to many to be calming)
3. I slept well last night, for the most part. I feel well rested today!

1. I spoke so highly of The Spark that my trainer joined the site! Woohoo
2. G took me for a relaxing drive this morning and it was soo nice to have no agenda and stop to take photos
3. I had met all my goals by mid-afternoon, including a lovely walk with my husband!

1. I am attending a Sr. Admin meeting on behalf of my boss - nervous but delighted that her boss expected I would be there!
2. My husband has a gentle soul and loves me earnestly and honestly
