Interesting Daily Spark story by Coach Nicole. Her closing remark really encapsulates the purpose of this site:

How does this relate to me, and why is TheSpark helpful? I have the knowledge on fitness and nutrition, but now I am practicing starting small to be consistent in my on-going plan, not yo yo fitness.
