1. I am going to successfully negotiate with the dealership this afternoon
2. it's noon and I've almost met all three of my streaks ... looking forward to those flowers on Monday!
3. I realized my new shirt will coordinate with at least two of my new suit sets (black & tan). What an even better find than I had thought!
4. Mo is making excellent headway for me on the dreaded report! I am so thankful.

I set my spark streaks for this week:
1. drink 64oz of water
2. walk 20-25min/day
3. write in my daily journal

On Monday, I will purchase a bouquet of flowers for my office.

Joy for today: Day 2

1. I woke up, drank 2 c water, walked for 25 min followed by a stretch and then had a protein shake and espresso for breakfast while reading The Spark. I feel productive and happy because two of my goals for today are already met.
2. I wrote my friends, family and coworkers to ask for their feedback on the list of traits (p54) and others that may be missing. Two have written back already - what a wonderful affirmation of self to hear how people think of you.
3. I am looking forward to my physio appointment this afternoon - I think one of my goals will be to be pain free :)

Joy Journal: Day ... 1 (again)

My last post was Day 119 on June 20. I was able to think of 2/3 things to write.
1. I am enjoying reading The Spark. I had never thought of yo-yo exercise as a concept, similar to dieting. That's what I think I have been doing.
2. I plower through four-2cup glasses of water before lunch. I feel well hydrated and not hungry
3. I am thankful Google has such great tools as the reader that remembers your pages and the highliter/margine note tool, as well as Docs so I can keep notes/thoughts as I go and I can view them on any of my devices. Very helpful.
