1. I woke up, drank 2 c water, walked for 25 min followed by a stretch and then had a protein shake and espresso for breakfast while reading The Spark. I feel productive and happy because two of my goals for today are already met.
2. I wrote my friends, family and coworkers to ask for their feedback on the list of traits (p54) and others that may be missing. Two have written back already - what a wonderful affirmation of self to hear how people think of you.
3. I am looking forward to my physio appointment this afternoon - I think one of my goals will be to be pain free :)
