This is how I want to be perceived.
I am learning to be a master gardener. My flowers are thriving and the compost was textbook in colour and texture.
I turn to friends, to exercise, even to the internet (to write about food) when faced with emotional issues. I eat appropriate portion sizes - read the package and measure accordingly, then write it down.
I appreciate my staff for their contributions and like them as people.
Every step I take is one step closer to achieving my health goals.
