Daily Motivation Day 25Wednesday, February 20, 2013
Imagine going to bed later tonight and reflecting on the day, feeling totally satisfied with the choices you made. Isn't that a better feeling than regretting that you didn't do your best? What small steps can you make today to end the day with satisfaction? ![]()

To my point - today's feedback was "You have no trouble motivating yourself to do your best!"

Not relating to this one at all: visualize that you have reached your goal weight. What will this feel like? Imagine shouting it from the rooftops to everyone you know.
I wouldn't do that. In fact, I doubt anyone but my sweetheart would notice. It's not reaching my weight but demonstrating my strength goals. If I could be comfortable in downward dog and not be out of breath after the 100 in Pilate's, now that would be satisfying!

i think being able to just do more physical activities without my ad flab in the way is a big modivator. as i have gotten more fit i want to so more intense moves but i cant because of the fat. that is my motivator. my health numbers are good so improving my health is not a goal i have at this moment. i just want to improve my stamina and energy level.
