Imagine going to bed later tonight and reflecting on the day, feeling totally satisfied with the choices you made. Isn't that a better feeling than regretting that you didn't do your best? What small steps can you make today to end the day with satisfaction?
Well, of course it is! but there are cookies on the desk outside my office. I have had one and it will take a lot of strength not to have any more than that!
Yesterday I preplanned my meal choices using the daily food tracker. I portioned all my meals for the day and brought plenty of healthy snacks: miso broth, apple, grapes and a small GF-dairy free piece of carrot cake for my afternoon pick-me-up. I have a quinoa salad and baked sweet potato for lunch and made rice-porridge with almond and coconut milk & hemp hearts. Feeling confident in my choices.
