... many. There were many. The biggest one for me was to write Coach Jen about possibly being a Team Leader on one of the forums. It's something I have thought about, but not had the gumption. I feel happy about having written - regardless of the outcome.

I didn't post - whoops! I was having such a busy day getting things done that I didn't get online to post. The only thing that didn't go well was a bit of a nervous/anxiety bout around lunch time. I just got feeling very uncomfortable and was so easily startled, I dropped my jug of water for the plants, which of course made things worse. Couldn't tell the source but I felt a bit better after I'd had some lunch. ?blood sugar issue?

I didn't get a chance to get online yesterday - we were on holiday! What a fantastic evening. Hosted by Jazz.fm, we were taken to hear 5 big band jazz groups play across the City. Absolutely fantastic night! It even included swing dancing lessons...

Although I had plans to work out when I got home, I am EXHAUSTED today and feeling a bit dehydrated because I didn't finish most of my water in take until the afternoon. I am going to be flexible and do my strength training on Friday, not tonight and give my body a rest, since it seems to need it!

I also confirmed what I had suspected ... I can't digest soy products. I thought it was just a bad experience with soy milk but last night's tofu in the pad thai has had the same outcome. It's not an integral part of my diet so it won't have an impact but is a good to know!

just about got to sleep when I realized I hadn't written today.

I am joyful for the lecture I went to tonight on Vitamin K2 and Ca because it was focussed on the two dietary risk factors in my life: heart disease & low bone density

I am thankful for my budgeting advisor who has an eagle eye and caught a few things on my submission (Chris you're amazing!)

I am thankful for the excellent resources on Iron posted by SP_Dietitian Becky emoticon

I am thankful I don't have a cold (oh Mama, you sounded terrible on the voicemail)

I am thankful that I finally picked a colour scheme for my office and am saving up funds to act on it this spring.

I am thankful that SP is such a plentiful resource and a consistent factor in my life.
