Although I had plans to work out when I got home, I am EXHAUSTED today and feeling a bit dehydrated because I didn't finish most of my water in take until the afternoon. I am going to be flexible and do my strength training on Friday, not tonight and give my body a rest, since it seems to need it!
I also confirmed what I had suspected ... I can't digest soy products. I thought it was just a bad experience with soy milk but last night's tofu in the pad thai has had the same outcome. It's not an integral part of my diet so it won't have an impact but is a good to know!
