Just popped out of bed because I remembered I hadn't written down any of my joys.
1. I did a quiet 10 min slow walk with Tai Chi upper body stretches this morning. No blood rush so my tooth didn't throb
2. Our Dean took us out for a delightful lunch! I love Thai food, and then she took us to the chocolatier! It was so nice
3. I had a lovely evening with Steve watching Miss Marple
4. I spent an hour crafting a letter to my Mom tonight with observations about why she might be in conflict and suggestions on how she could make small changes that would help her regain control over her day to day: joy and activity (mental & physical). I can't make her change, but I will support her if she chooses to. I just truly hope it gets her thinking ...
