Pugfest!

I spent the afternoon with my mom and DD at a local dog show called Pugfest. There were pugs everywhere! I was impressed by the owners and the dogs and we had a great time!

The costume parade was our favorite - one dog was dressed in a Lady Gaga meat dress (fake meat). It was a hoot!

I worked so hard all week, and I deserved some play.

Luckily, my good friend had me and my evening in mind, we went out and had a MARVELOUS time with another friend. Drinks, dinner and so many laughs.

I sure needed that!

Mulch day

So, after weeks of garden prep, the mulch installation has begun.

I'm so excited - the whole place will look so nice (all at the same time).

Gotta go - a few more weeds to pull.

Mulching is fun. One year we did it with lupin mulch, this year we did it with the free mulch from the council. Not so good nutrient wise, but it does not great. Happy mulching Report Inappropriate Comment
