Well first of all i know i should be jotting things down everyday,but that can be difficult. i just forget to do it. i get in this routine and i just forget the next day. i try to stay off the computer as much as possible, so i write it in my little notebook in my bag. but that to can be tricky at times. but i try my best and it will click at some point as long as i keep it up and not give up. Well no weight loss so far. That could be a good thing, right? With the holidays it's tricky for me. I just love food! But I know I should be watching what I eat. I will get there, staying positive and it will kick in and it will come off :)

Ok so I noticed its been a long time since I have been on here and I'm surprised I still have an I have to say its been a tough journey so far. Gaining and losing and losing and gaining. My weight has fluctuated so much and and I just feel like blah! So as of today I have set a goal. I am a big Disney fan and I want to go to disneyworld. I have never gone and you would that being a fan I have gone many times.. Nope, with finances and things it was hard to do. Well I will be turning the big 4-0 next year and have made a goal to lose the weight by my birthday and go to Disneyworld! Going from 251.6 pds to about 170-160. It's going to be a struggle at times but I think I can do it! :)

Since the kids will be out of school and I have limited hours of work(not many church functions going on during the summer, I watch children during these events). Plus I'm taking the summer off from school.. That's means I might be able to take time and pay attention to myself. Totake my time and think and look at what i'm eating. I am really excited aboutthis and hope to see a difference by the time school starts back up!! Fingers crossed over here!!

So i'm trying to stay on track. I think my trip really did me in. Went so overboard while we were there. I just can't believe I have gained back 10 of the thirty that I lost. Just have to get back up and start over.. My goal is to be under 200 by the end of the year. That is my goal I have 38 to go!!

rough time

I am just having a rough time trying to stay on track and eating right. I have gained back almost five pounds.. But one good thing when I weighed in for the lose to win. even though I gained I still lost body fat. So something is working.. somewhat!! I have been neglecting work outs and eating bad.. So I have to get motivated all over again and get back out there and lose this weight!!

    I have been off track, eating too much when I am out with friends. I need to do better, so I do not gain back all the weight that I have lost.
