2 weeks down and I lost another 2 pounds. I am working hard and going slow but it will pay off in the long run. This week I set a physical activity goal. A group of friends and I are going to do the Disneyland 5K or 10K at the end of August. I am so excited to have found a goal that has been working so hard and loving it too.. =)

Something amazing occured to me today. I have not cleaned my plate or finished a meal in weeks.. Am I serving myself more?? NO I am eating less!! My eyes are bigger then my stomach these days which is amazing. I am drinking water before meals and realizing I don't need to eat until I am stuffed just content.. I put more Veggies and fruits on my plates and eat those first.

I AM OFFICIALLY PULLING MY MEMBERSHIP FROM THE "CLEAN YOUR PLATE" CLUB!!!

It is okay to leave food on my plate or cereal in the bowl or eat half a cookie and not the whole thing..

Extremely excited to say that I am on my way to healthier habits.. 1 full week of fresh vegetables with every dinner and lots of fruit throughout the day as well. I also have taken my vitamins and suplements everyday this week. 2 pounds lost this week. Baby steps to a healthier me!

Small Setbacks and lack of motivation

Had a small setback yesterday. Was not feeling great and found myself eating whatever I wanted and did no excersise.. Determined to let it go and move past it. I will not make this my life style any longer. I can do this for me me me.. I am just as important as everyone else in my life. This is my year.. My time to shine.. My time to get healthy..
