I joined a challenge to "Sweat everyday in June" on facebook as part of the I love to run page/ I had my doubts about this at first but now I am seeing how this can work very nicely. It doesn't take that much effort to sweat even if it means just going for a 10-20 minute walk in the afternoon to get your heart rate up for awhile.
So far I have done two days of this challenge. Yesterday , June 1st I went to the gym, I sweated a lot of the eliptical trainer, then went and used other machines as well. Today I went for a quick walk to the corner store and because it was so humid outside, I sweated again
