Hey all! Don't be alarmed if you notice that my nutrion tracker only shows 1500 cals or less on any given day. Since I'm tracking the calories elsewhere and Sparkpeople only gives points for the first five foods I'm only entering a hand full of the things I eat. This is war and I'm not going to lose to self sabotage by ignoring the needs of my body. I calculated my bmr and am eating the calories that I need to maintain an active lifestyle and hope you are too. Peace.
