I spent today decluttering and organizing my clothes and I realized something. Not only will I have an AMAZING wardrobe as I lose weight, I am not that far from being able to fit at least 70% of the clothes in my closet and being extra stylish.
I feel like I've completely let myself go, despite working out hard and eating better. BUT, I realized most of my clothes are only a 1/2 size too small. I bet a solid 10 pound lost could get me back into most of them comfortably.. And because I have sizes 6,8,10's I can look stylish all along my weight loss journey. (That's my positive spin on it.)
I'm giving away a lot of clothes and trying to move away the ones that don't fit now. Like I'll put ALL of the 6's and 8's in some boxes and revisit them in 15-20 pounds or when the 10's get too big. If I don't get to them within the next few months, I'll give them away.
I can bless someone else with them.
All the clothes that are from high school (I STILL have some, that look cute and fit somehow Lol) will be given away no matter what. I'm on a mission to de-clutter, de-stres and simplify things.)
So moral of the story is: There's no reason for me to give up or feel overwhelmed. I have NOT fallen that far from glory. LOL. and... as long as I get the pounds moving in the NEGATIVE direction... I'll have some cute clothes to wear. I can go shopping in my closet!
And, since I've been doing this ALL day... I'm sure I've burned some calories.

Going strong and trying to get better every day.
I've started getting ,y allergy shots again... Which lead to An asthma attack earlier this week and I slept like 14 hours one night, literally, after taking Benadryl for my allergies.
But, I'm taking my meds... Resting when I can and staying active other times.
Yesterday on my lunch break, I came home and did spin and treadmill plus walked the dog for a quick workout.
Today, I went running outside then when the pollen got to be too much, I finished in the gym on their treadmill. I think I did 2.5 miles or so
AND I just finished another mile and a half. :)
So I worked out twice today! Fit bit says I burned 850 calls or so
Time to study and sleep, good night!

I am going strong! :)
Been getting 10 hours of sleep each night... I'm sure I can't continue this but I've felt really sleepy lately, so I decided I should go to sleep. duh.
I exercised really hard yesterday. Did 45 mins of treadmill in the morning and 60 mins of boot camp after work. It was SO hard that I ended up skipping my usual dance class but I had a great workout so I don't feel bad about it. :)
Today I am sore... but in a good-I-worked-my-body way. TOM is here and I'm sure I haven't lost a pound yet but such is life.
I decided a while ago that I have no plans to GIVE UP until it is DONE! and even then I will keep going to make sure I maintain. I mean business and I want results... so I'm GONNA MAKE IT HAPPEN (Also, the name of my group by the way. lol.)
Plan for today:
Got my 30 mins of cardio in and did kickboxing so that's sort of strength training :) Or at least my muscles look like they are working!
