Been getting 10 hours of sleep each night... I'm sure I can't continue this but I've felt really sleepy lately, so I decided I should go to sleep. duh.
I exercised really hard yesterday. Did 45 mins of treadmill in the morning and 60 mins of boot camp after work. It was SO hard that I ended up skipping my usual dance class but I had a great workout so I don't feel bad about it. :)
Today I am sore... but in a good-I-worked-my-body way. TOM is here and I'm sure I haven't lost a pound yet but such is life.
I decided a while ago that I have no plans to GIVE UP until it is DONE! and even then I will keep going to make sure I maintain. I mean business and I want results... so I'm GONNA MAKE IT HAPPEN (Also, the name of my group by the way. lol.)
Plan for today:
Got my 30 mins of cardio in and did kickboxing so that's sort of strength training :) Or at least my muscles look like they are working!

This is just a reminder that we are beginning on April 1st !!! [That's Monday coincidentally and I don't reallllllyyyyy like Monday as the start day of a challenge because it seems so cliche. LOL)
I have set my goals for the next 8 weeks and I'll share them here (You can hold me accountable EVEN IF you don't join in on the challenge!) The more the merrier!
8 week goals:
**To lose 8 pounds. Of course more will be considered a success as well!
**To lose 2 inches off my waist. (not even sure if that's likely to happen but I'm going to work on it!)
** To wake up EARLY during the work week. I used to be an AM exerciser but these days - past year or so, I can't even wake up early enough to eat breakfast at home. I enjoy the quietness of the morning and will return to my usual habits of waking up early). I don't have to exercise but for this challenge I WILL WAKE UP EARLY most days 3/5. If I workout, that's a bonus.
** Strength train 2-3 times a week
** Cardio 5 days
** Yoga 1 day a week( for at least 30 mins) but 5-10 mins of stretching daily.
**Drink 64 oz of water daily, eat for HEALTH, and take my vitamins!
