I'm writing my NEW YEAR'S post a week into the year... but the good news is, I'm STILL motivated lol. 1 week into the year and I'm making it happen. I'm still focused. I'm still happy. I'm organizing my house, getting rid of things I don't feel that I need.
I am going to get back to my writing and hopefully post here and in my personal blog.
This is what I see my 2013 being:
I am going to reach my goal weight. Run another 1/2 marathon, a 10K, and a 5K. In opposite order probably. :) I plan to lift weights regularly again and get back to my yoga practice. I will play the guitar, learn to sew and to fluently speak spanish. I'm traveling to Spain and Italy... and I'm going to flaunt my stuff in an amazing 2 piece. I will dress in a way that I can be proud on a daily basis. Oh, and I'm going to continue saving lives since I'm a doctor too (lol).
I'm excited about 2013!! I'm home sick today because I've caught the bug that's going around and am fighting bronchitis.
Who's ready to make this a year that we can look back and say WOW, I DID IT?!?!?

It's about waiting until tomorrow to do what can be done today. I'm trying to do more writing in hopes of finding a past time I can enjoy and squeeze into my busy schedule! You don't have to read it... but if you get some free time, slide on by and check me out! :-D
Oh, even though I was VERY sick today... I managed to get in an hour+ workout. Treadmill and spin bike. I feel like I was productive and I'm glad about it. I also am still keeping the daily december challenge going. So, yay!
I just wanted to write a quick blog. I weighed myself yesterday and decided that that will be the last time I weighed myself for the next month. Hope to lose at least 5 pounds between now and I think that is a reasonable goal.
Work has been very busy recently. And, I guess it has been stressful too. So I'm doing my best to stay active and stay in a good mood.
I like to make challenges... and then blog about them. And sometimes I forget to keep blogging about them. Then I like to start again. LOL
My December challenge is to exercise DAILY AND (+/-) blog about it! I am proud that I exercised this morning. I used to love love love morning exercise... but then I started having a lot of trouble waking up early because I work so late... and need my sleep! Last night I went to bed early-ish and got up at 6 something to go running. I am proud!
Dec 1 = My rest day, went out and danced (for fun) with the girls
Dec 2 = Danced and burned ~900 calories! :-D I LOVE to dance!
Dec 3 = Spin bike + treadmill for ~30 mins
Dec 4 = TODAY [ Woke up an ran 20 mins on the treadmil at 6 am.]
