Time for my monthly blog.... I have been working hard on my weight loss plan since late last year. I feel like my inches are changing but the scale not so much. Honestly that is getting kind of frustrating. It doesn't change anything because I still have to eat right and exercise to lose weight [and maintain once I reach my goal] but I am hoping that I can figure out a way to get the scale to start moving because I don't want another year of hard work and no real loss on the scale. I am, however, reaping the other benefits of exercise: Great sleep, better mood, clearer mind and skin (LOL)... but at some point no matter what people say, I still want to see some results on the SCALE! So... on that note, I'm going to keep pushing and go over things with a fine-toothed comb to see where I can make (more) changes. Here's to pushing through disappointment and never giving up!
