BBB: Day 103: Losing it.

I am losing weight, slowly but surely. I have lost 3 pounds so far since a week ago. ( 2.2 lbs the first week and one pound so far this week.)

I want to make sure if I'm going to lose weight slowly, I will at least lose it consistently. Studying more each day and planning to take tomorrow evening off to party!!! :-) Then back to work Sunday. Hopefully more focused and more successful.

My blogs will get more interesting after I'm less stressed!

    You are doing very very well...1 to 2 pounds a week is very good...so pat yourself on the back and don't expect the impossible. This is weight you will keep off.
I know sometimes after working out and eating properly it feels like at least 5 pounds should come off, but thats not the way bodies work...just keep up the good work, and be proud of yourself for what you have accomplished!

Back to studying for me! I got in a good run/walk with my dog. He is REALLY stubborn and often slows me down. But, It was nice to work up a sweat.

BBB: Day 91: Let Go and Let God

Good morning everyone!

I'm up for another day of studying... I had my wonderful big breakfast, I only do it on the weekends! :-) Pancakes, turkey sausage, and a fried egg. YUMMM emoticon

I am just feeling really thankful. I am thankful that I have a body that works, and though I complain and try to find ways to become something more than I am at this very moment... I just want to make it known that I APPRECIATE my body and all that it does.

Body... I thank you for...
-Loving me enough to keep on going even when you are in pain,
- for running 2 marathons without proper training and still being functional when I finished :)
-For being willing to walk 20 mins to get to work when I couldn't find a close parking spot. Literally, had to park 20 mins away and that was speed walking.
-for putting up with my complaints.
- for being all that you are. Because I know you are exactly what I need to be at this very moment.
- and thank you for being willing to remove these pounds so I can be more confident in ALL that you are... and we can be healthy together.

Oh and my goals are changing. At this point, I will be SUPER pleased if I can get back to 130. :-) Then I will slowly re-assess and aim for 125-120-115 IF I feel it necessary.

BBB: Day 86: Going for GREEN!

lol... I know I know You are probably already tired of my :color theme: but I LOVe it. And it kinda makes me feel inspired to aim for good days. Read day 84 if you don't know what I'm talking about!

I'm home sick again. (Going tomorrow no matter what). And on DAY 2 of my Induction phase.

B: grits , 2 scrambled eggs, and coffee

going to eat lots of FRUIT/veggies and get a good sweat in. Oh and I forgot to tell you all that I worked out last night at like 1 am. I burned 150 cals but it was GREAT! I did lunges, squats, weight, strength stuff and some cardio. It's baby steps. but I'm counting it!

I'll write more later!

BBB Day 85: Sick... but green :-)

So I ate ~ 1330 cals today. Stuck to the diet Day #1... didn't eat everything on the list but didn't go overboard and I did eat a lot of soup and tea today because of feeling sick

today is an off day and I'm sick... so I'm counting it as GREEN!
did jumping jacks, pushups lunges and crunches.

Gotta get back to studying, then get to sleeping. So, GOODNIGHT!
