Good morning everyone!
I'm up for another day of studying... I had my wonderful big breakfast, I only do it on the weekends! :-) Pancakes, turkey sausage, and a fried egg. YUMMM
I am just feeling really thankful. I am thankful that I have a body that works, and though I complain and try to find ways to become something more than I am at this very moment... I just want to make it known that I APPRECIATE my body and all that it does.
Body... I thank you for...
-Loving me enough to keep on going even when you are in pain,
- for running 2 marathons without proper training and still being functional when I finished :)
-For being willing to walk 20 mins to get to work when I couldn't find a close parking spot. Literally, had to park 20 mins away and that was speed walking.
-for putting up with my complaints.
- for being all that you are. Because I know you are exactly what I need to be at this very moment.
- and thank you for being willing to remove these pounds so I can be more confident in ALL that you are... and we can be healthy together.
Oh and my goals are changing. At this point, I will be SUPER pleased if I can get back to 130. :-) Then I will slowly re-assess and aim for 125-120-115 IF I feel it necessary.
