Got in some good exercise today. I didn't get to TKD, but I did play 18 holes of golf (walking), 500 crunches, and 100 pushups. I got in all my water, but I'm still low on calories.

I got a new email today congratulating me on my success. I always love getting emails from fellow SparkPeople, but I've never stopped to realize who all has emailed me. Well, when I got a new email today from Scotland I realized I've had emails from all over the world! =) Scotland, Argentina, Canada, Germany, Australia, Portugal, & of course the United States. I love it! Anyway, I just think it's really kool that people from all over the world take the time to email a stranger they don't know just to say hi.

  


Good Bike Ride

Had a long day at work, 9.5 hours, but not too bad. After I got home I decided a bike ride sounded nice. Hopped on my Mountain Bike and hit the trails. What a great ride! 56 minutes, 700 calories, my max heart rate hit 176 bpm and my average heart was 155 bpm. Time to figure out whats for dinner!!! =)
