Does cleaning out my closet qualify as cardio? It took me most of the morning to go through what was hanging and hanging around my (main) closet. I took the time to try things on and was pleasantly surprised by some of the results. Shirts and capris that were too tight or unwearable last season are now fitting comfortably. I've got a good start on a "Sally-Ann" bag to go out the door and looking forward to looking more like the late, great me this season.
The problem is I have another closet of clothes to go through and various buckets of things stored away - seasonal clothes or previously too small. This is going to take awhile but once I am done, hopefully I will know what I have and where I have to add pieces. It is a tiring task though, probably not classed as 'cardio' but a necessary exercise to get through. Any advice is greatly appreciated!
