I am always looking for something to "get me moving" and so I watch this and that, and read lots of good articles to keep positive.

But today I watched this link and even though it's fairly long, it was worth every moment because when I came to the end, I felt like I'd just been given a gift...an ahah moment that I'll watch over and over again.

I just had to share it with you....it's a truly wonderful story.

Netflix Workout Videos

When I read this I was really surprised. Like this gal, I can't afford a gym membership nor do I have the time to go. I use many of the workouts on SP but like to have other options too. I just saw this so haven't checked it out but last night we signed up for Netflix, so can't wait to try it out. This was in the secrets, but wanted to share it with anyone who might not have seen it. Carolyn....here 'tis!!!

She writes:
I just found out that I can utilize netflix instant view videos for workouts. They range from low impact to advanced.

I had to share this because I personally cant afford a gym and my monthly subscription is under 10 dollars to netflix. What a great new tool I found this morning. Hope this helps those of you who may not have known the videos were there.

I finally got my head together, and my body fell apart.

My mind not only wanders, sometimes it leaves completely.

Age doesn't always bring wisdom. Sometimes age comes alone.

You're getting old when you get the same sensation from a rocking chair
that you once got from a roller coaster.

Perhaps you know why women over fifty don't have babies:

They would put them down somewhere and forget where they left them.

Just when I was getting used to yesterday, along came today.

Every time I think about exercise, I lie down until the thought goes away.

God put me on earth to accomplish a certain number of things.

Right now, I am so far behind, I will live forever.

It's frustrating when you know all the answers,
but nobody bothers to ask you the questions.

If you can remain calm, you just don't have all the facts.

Stress reducer: Put a bag on your head.
Mark it "Closed for remodeling."
**Caution - leave air holes.**

Forget the health food. I need all the preservatives I can get.

The real art of conversation is not only to say the right thing in the right place,

but also to leave unsaid the wrong thing at the tempting moment...

The best way to forget all your troubles is to wear tight shoes.

Sometimes I think I understand everything, then I regain consciousness.

Did you know that "I am" is the shortest sentence in the English language....Coca Cola was originally green....it is impossible to lick your elbow.....honey is the only food that doesn't spoil.....a snail can sleep for three years (wonder who make that discovery).....all polar bears are left handed....Elephants are the only animals that can't jump, e.i. I must be part 'phant'....the electric chair was invented by a dentist....go figure! Makes me wonder if he ever lost a patient in the chair....and that's how he discovered his new invention.....and last but of course not least is this pearl of wisdom and information you can't live without....315 entries into Webster's dictionary in 1996 were misspelled....now don't you feel better just knowing that? So glad I could help. and Leonardo da Vinci could write with one hand and draw with the other....at the same time....personally, I think this is what made him the man he is...was...today!!! Or, as they say in the hood, who gives a ....cares. Oh ya, just one more...there are no clocks in Las Vegas gambling casinos. That way time is never of the essence.

If this trough of information has in someway enriched you day, then I'm a happy camper. I love trivia, although I never was that good at the game. I guess their idea of trivia and mine didn't quite jive.
