Fruits and Veggies doing pretty good. I just was able to buy fresh fruit and veggies. This challenge was good for me. I was sort of forced to get them in. Yep being honest here. The old me creeps in every now and then. My flesh does not want to do right. But greater is he that is within me than he who is in the world. Father I give my ugly voices to you.. knowing that you can crush them under my feet! This will be ongoing.

I have got to really to keep working on this-- since I deal with stress daily. I really miss my time spent on my patio this late summer..the mid summer it was too hot and I could not sit there. I do not like cold weather so going outside and sitting is out!!!! I may just develop some time at the able sipping on green tea/reading devotional. I may try other teas also. But I hate coffee and I will not touch it ((YUCKY)). .
Beauty/pamper this goal is ongoing. My natural hair journey is going very well. My hair is growing. I have brought some hair products. I am still transitioning from a perm..so I have mixed textures of hair for the moment. No!! I will not cut if. Just trimming the ends every now and then. I get a lot of inspiration from you-tube those ladies their mean business and I am learning how to care for it. Yes I know that each persons hair is different..So I will try things and see what works for me. Just as losing and getting healthier is a journey. Nothing is learned over night. My pedicure did not go so good. I do like the color I used and I will take off today and redo them this weekend.
Vitamins/cal chews .HUMMMMM I always forget to take my cal chew.
Taking in some whole wheat done, done done, an done on going!!what can I say?? I am learning what I can tolerate and what I can not. Whole pasta, whole bread/pitas, Orzo, Wraps, oatmeal, flax seed, bran cereal, whole wheat couscous along with brown rice are Yes (s). But anything else would be weird TO ME.I know my limits for now. Here are some no(s) bulgur wheat, ezekiel bread, millet, and other odd grains. Not being negative just speaking how I feel about odd grains.
In bed by 11:00 not! fighting the night owl in me!!! A work in progress I am!!
exercise yep! done/ongoing! Yesterday I did 45 min of aerobics 3 miles. WATP.
Note last week one of my boys got sick which in turn helped me get off track so I am crawling back on the wagon. I am putting one foot in front of the other. No stopping now!!
