WEEKLY STREAKING POST/ACCOUNTABILITY

I have decided to add a new streak. I am a night owl but I have read that proper sleep helps with weight loss. Lord knows I need all the help I can get.

So last night was the the first time I went to bed before 12:30. I felt better this morning. No dragging feeling.

I also struggle with late night eating but I can't eat if I am sleep.

GOALS FOR STREAKING.

1. EXERCISE FOR 30 MIN EACH DAY.

2. READ NEEDED BECK CARDS DAILY.

3. EAT 5 FRUIT/VEGGIES A DAY.

4. READ A CHAPTER OF BECK ON THE WEEKEND.

5. TAKE VITAMINS 7 DAYS A WEEK.

6. NO EATING AFTER DINNER EXCEPT SMALL AMOUNTS OF PROTEIN TO PREVENT A SUGAR DUMP.

7. GO TO BED EARLIER 5 DAYS A WEEK.

A LIST TO KEEP ME ON TRACK.

WELL THINGS GOT OFF TO A ROUGH START I CAUGHT A COLD FROM MY LITTLE ONE. BUT HE IS WELL AGAIN. I AM BETTER BUT I HAVE BEEN LEFT WITH A TICK LY COUGH. I AM TAKING AN OVER THE COUNTER MEDICATION FOR IT. IF THING DON'T IMPROVE I WILL TAKE A VISIT TO THE DR. BUT HOPEFULLY AND PRAY FULLY THINGS WILL GET BACK TO NORMAL THAT EVER THAT IS emoticon

    lol, it's 12:30 here but i also have been working on getting 8+, and it does make a difference in a lot. guess when we are tired our body increases hormones to make us feel hungry so it will get extra energy to make it through since it was short of sleep. i didn't really relate the urge to eat with fatigue, but do now ~ check it out. bet it will help with several things :)

    I'm a night owl as well - I don't know what I'd do if I went to bed before 12:15! I'd probably toss and turn until then! LOL

Stumbled but I am still standing

Thjis morning I was on a eating frenzy. I don't now what happen and I was caught off guard. But I can start over this minute and that is what I will do.

Ive been sick but I have mopped two floors and felt pretty good. So I will exercise tonight. I feel much better. Thank God!!! No more eating out of control!!!!

    I feel better, too. My husband got the results back from his throat biopsy that he had done last Friday and he DOESN'T have Cancer, which is GREAT. He has a rare infection and the doctor gave him several medicines to take. emoticon

Signs must in the chest!

I am not sure if I understand the signs, but I do understand that my chest hurts while I cough. Dr. called cough medication in for me. For now I am muffling my cough when I have to cough. It really hurt badly!!!

I really hate that I have a cough which means I have to start over exercising all over again when I get well. I have found once I stop exercising it is hard getting my mojo back. Meaning it is hard to start back exercising. Oh Well as Beck would say You gotta do what you gotta do. Not resting means that I could delay my healing. So I will be a good girl for now.

I have changed some of my streak goals since I can not exercise. To keep myself motivated thur my down time as I call it.

New Goals:

1. CONSUME 8 GLASSES OF WATER.
2. EAT 5 FRUITS AND VEGGIES PER DAY (BY FAITH).
3. READ BECK BOOK WEEKLY.
4. READ NEEDED BECK CARDS DAILY.
5. TAKE VITAMINS DAILY.

I should be able to do all of these without too much trouble. emoticon

    Be very careful you don't get (have) pneumonia. When I was in college, I got pneumonia and it "hurt real bad" when I coughed. I went to the doctor's office and fainted while waiting. That did get me in to see the doctor quickly. emoticon

Summer colds/sinus problems get out of my way!

It has been a while since I have blogged. My little man is sick with the crud's he got from school. He was out of school for 2 days. After 2 days without sleep for the two of us he is finally resting. Taking meds to get better. I really hate to see him sick. He can not tell me how he feels. So I look for signs in other ways. He is very active and if he is laying down I know something is wrong. If he is up and bouncing I know everything is ok.

Any way now I am sick and my sinus are clogged up and my throat is scratchy. So I'll call the dr to get a script. About 3 years ago I had a sinus infection for 6 months. That will not be repeated again. This means that my exercising will be affected. I will have to slow down and take it easy. I will do some stretching or pilates. Food will be a problem. I will have to stay in range. I would say to stay on the lower end of the range but this will be difficult. I will try to drink at least 8 glass of water more if I can get it in. Eat my fruits and veggies. Be sure and take my vitamins and supplements. I did manage to do pilates. I am determined not to let this stop me. Even if I have to crawl!!!

DAY THREE OF STREAKING/I BELIEVE I STRUCK!!!

1. USE A PIECE OF EXERCISE EQUIPMENT SO FAR I HAVE NOT DONE THIS BUT I WILL TRY.

2. EAT 5 FRUIT/VEGGIES DONE IT!!! emoticon.

3. READ NEEDED BECK CARDS NOPE!

4. READ CHAPTER OF BECK ON THE WEEKENDS/GONNA DO IT THIS WEEKEND. emoticon.

5. NO EATING AFTER DINNER EXCEPT FOR A SMALL AMOUNT OF PROTEIN. BY FAITH YEP.

THIS EVENING WAS EXTREMELY BUSY. I HAD TO PICK UP MY OLDER SON FROM FOOTBALL PRACTICE AND THEN GO SHIPPING FOR SOME NEW SHOES ETC FOR MY LITTLE ONE. IN THE MEAN TIME I PLACED A LAYAWAY FOR MY OLDER SONS CLEATS FOR FOOTBALL HE WILL PAY FOR THE REMAINING BALANCE HE IS A WORKING MAN AND HIS MONEY IS HIS MONEY. I ALSO BROUGHT HIM SOME SHORTS FOR FOOTBALL. LUCKY I PREPARED DINNER IN ADVANCED OR ELSE I WOULD STIL BE IN THAT CRAZY KITCHEN SWEATING TO THE OLDIES. (((((HUGH GIGGLES.))))

ON A MORE SERIOUS NOTE I WAS OVER RANGE, BUT MY SOD WAS UNDER 1500 AND THAT IS A MIRACLE. FIBER WAS 32.
