FAT 39-68 LETS JUST SAY I WENT WAY OVER emoticon.

CARB 130-230 CONSUMED 106 WAY UNDER BUT I FELT OK. I WILL PLAY SAFE ON THE LOWER RANGE TOO MANY BREAD CARBS SLOW ME DOWN AND MAKE ME FEEL BAD BUT I COULD ALWAYS EAT MORE VEGGIES.

SOD OVER BACK TO THE DRAWING BOARD ON THIS ONE
FIBER ONLY 18 LACKING.
EXERCISE 30 MIN AEROBICS

I HAD TO EAT A SOY JOY AND TAKE MY CALCIUM CHEW TO GET IN RANGE/ENOUGH FOOD.

I HAVE DECIDED TO TALK TO MY SONS DOCTORS AND GET A LETTER OF EXPLANATION ABOUT HIS DISABILITY AND ME BEING NOT ABLE TO GO ON JUROR DUTY. THAT IS JUST IMPOSSIBLE. I WILL CONTINUE TO PRAY ABOUT THIS. I KNOW ME I WILL BE IN THE KITCHEN IN A RED HOT MINUTE. THE HEAT IS ON I AM NOT THE ONE WHO GOING TO BE COOKED!!

    I hear ya on that jury duty...Hubby got out of that one... emoticon And I understand about that water sweetie...Ever see that commercial? gotta go, gotta go, gotta go right now?....That's me!!! emoticon

But your still emoticon butt.... emoticon

Now for me.....

I must confess,
I am a mess,
But I truly have tried to do my best.....
So here it is all tallied up...
I pray to God you don't emoticon my butt!!!!

Been drinking 1 smoothie a day with my low carb high protein mix, added with a handful of frozen strawberries, peaches, blueberries, 1/2 banana, few ice cubes and 1/2 cup of distilled water...Yum! Yum! 28 ounces

Broiled fish, baked chicken breast, turkey patties, tuna in water, shrimp....

Loads of different veggies all steamed.....Cauliflower, Broccoli, carrots, peas, spinach, mushrooms, romaine lettuce, dried beans,celery,...

2% milk, oatmeal, cream of wheat, grits, boiled eggs, 9 multi grain bread, pita bread....

sugar free yogurts, sugar free jello, cottage cheese mozzarella cheese....

and 9 28 ounces of water a day....

So this has been my food list staples I eat from and have had this week...more or less....

Ok I cheated and had some italian Ice I bought from the $$$ store... emoticon
