EXERCISE 20 MIN STATIONARY BIKING, 20 MIN AEROBICS

NOT TOO BAD BUT I AM WORKING TOWARD A GOAL SO I STILL HAVE SOME WORK TO DO YET.

EXERCISE 20 MIN AEROBICS, 20 PILATES AND 30 MIN STRENGTH TRAINING. TOO MANY EXERCISE IN STRENGTH TRAINING TO NAME. TAKE A LOOK AT MY EXERCISE TRACKER!!

AND ANNETTE MY SOD RANGE WAS 2,175 NOT OVER BUT NOT GREAT EITHER. OH WELL BETTER CHANCE NEXT TIME.

TODAY WAS VERY BUSY AND I DID NOT MAKE THE RIGHT CHOICES. I HAD TO TAKE MY LITTLE ONE TO SPEECH CLASS AND TAKE MY OLDER LITTLE MAN TO FOOTBALL PRACTICE. WHILE AT THE SPEECH CLASS. I HAD TO TAKE MY BREAKFAST WITH ME. I CAN NOT EAT TOO EARLY OR I WILL FEEL SICK, SO MOST OF THE TIME I EAT BRUNCH. I HAD TO EAT IN A VERY NOSEY TEACHERS LOUNGE. A LITTLE BOY WAS HAVING TANTRUMS AND SCREAMING. THAT GOT MY STOMACH IN KNOTS. I EAT ONLY WHEN THINGS ARE CALM. I SPOKE OF THIS WITH MY BECK TEAM. I DON'T LIKE EATING IN A HURRY BUT I SORT OF DID JUST TO GET AWAY FROM ALL THAT SCREAMING. NOT A HEALTH EATING DAY. BUT THINGS WILL BE SOME WHAT NEAR NORMAL (WHAT EVER THAT IS) TOMORROW. emoticonTHIS IS MY SUNNY TOMORROW I WILL HAVE!!!!

CARB RANGE 130-200 CONSUMED ---196 JUST UNDER THE RADAR.
FIBER 23 A LITTLE LOW.
EXERCISE 20 MIN STATIONARY BIKING.

THIS AFTERNOON I HAD A MOMENT OF WEAKNESS CRACKERS CAME CALLING
AND I ANSWERED! AT LEAST I DID NOT GO OVER CAL RANGE. BECK SAID TO GIVE YOUR CREDIT. BY THE GRACE OF GOD I MADE IT. HOPEFULLY THE NEXT THE CALL OF CRACKERS CALL I WILL NOT ANSWER. THIS IS A PROCESS AND IT CAN NOT BE DONE OVER NIGHT. I HAVE HAD YEARS OF UNHEALTHY EATING CHOICES BUT I AM GETTING BETTER.

EXERCISE 20 MIN STATIONARY BIKING. TONIGHT WAS AN EXERCISE DAY BUT I DID NOT EXERCISE YESTERDAY. GOT TO GET BACK ON TRACK.

I DID NOT EAT ENOUGH CARBS EITHER. BUT SUNDAY SOME TIMES ARE HARDER TO GET ENOUGH FOOD IN. WORSHIP SERVICES KEPT ME AWAY FROM HOME. I AM NOT COMPLAINING. I NEEDED LESS FOOD ANYWAY. I HAD TO EAT A SNACK AFTER DINNER AND I DON'T LIKE DOING THAT BECAUSE MY BLOOD SUGARS MAY BE AFFECTED. I AM PRAYING FOR THE BETTER TOMORROW. I AM NOT HUNGRY AT THEE LOW CARBS AND THAT IS A MIRACLE!!!

EXERCISE ME AND LESLIE BUSTED UP SOME MILE TONIGHT 2 MILES DONE. 35 MIN.

DONE BOTH AM AND PM STRETCHES,
20 MIN SESSIONS STRENGTH TRAINING. I USED THE RESISTANCE BAND.

TRICEP CURLW/ BAND
BICEP CURL W/BAND
SINGLE LEG EXTENSIONS W/BAND
LEG EXTENSIONS W/BAND
CRUNCH W/ TWIST
SENDING SIDE TOWEL

NOT A BAD DAY BUT ALWAYS ROOM FOR IMPROVEMENT. GOING FORWARD AND TRY MY BEST TO PLAN BETTER TOMORROW. emoticon
