JULY 31 DAY 15 DOG DAY CHALLENGE

SOD RANGE ---NOPE.

TODAY I REALLY OVER DID IT ON SCRUBBING AND CLEANING AND THEN TO OVER EAT DOES HELP ANYTHING!!

I AM STRESSED BECAUSE HAVE SUMMONED TO CALL AND SEE IF THEY NEED ME FOR JURY DUTY. IF THEY WOULD PUNISH THOSE WHO DO WRONG I MAY BE OK WITH IT(BIG MAYBE) I HAVE CIRCUMSTANCES HERE WITH MY LITTLE ONE WHO IS SPECIAL NEEDS AND HAS SOME PROBLEMS. SHOOT WHO DOESN'T!!!! HE NEEDS ME AT HOME AND NOT LEAVING HIM. HE IS USED TO ME BEING AT HOME, AND IF I AM NOT THERE HIS ROUTINE WILL BE MISSED UP. WHICH WILL BE STRESSFUL FOR HIM AND THE FAMILY. ILLNESSES AFFECT THE PERSON SUFFERING BUT ALSO ALL THOSE WHO ARE AROUND THEM. SCHOOL WILL BE STARTING AND HE GOES NOT TRANSITION WELL...

I WILL PRAY THAT GOD HANDLES THIS IN MY AND MY LITTLE FAVOR.. I AM PRAYING THAT WHEN I CALL THAT NUMBER THEY WILL NOT NEED ME. GODS KNOW WHAT I NEED. HE SAID THAT HE WOULD SUPPLY MY NEEDS ACCORDING TO HIS RICHES IN GLORY!!! LORD PLEASE GIVE ME STRENGTH TO RUN TO YOU, AND NOT TO THE KITCHEN. I CAME CLOSE TO NOT EVEN POSTING BUT I WILL BE HONEST WITH MYSELF. IF I DON'T THAT WILL NOT HELP ME. UNTIL I WILL BE PRAYER FOR THIS SITUATION. emoticon

They do take into consideration your personal obligations at home. Just tell them about your son and you are the one who handles the situation and cannot be away from him. That's what my DH did and they dismissed him promptly....

If, and that's a great big if, they still want you to come down there...you know what to do....Cops are always harressing certain classes of people...judges are on the take and so are lawyers....I believe in UFO's...God is going to punish all for their evil deeds...Understand???

And bring your bible with you...The big one and tell them you want to pray first out loud..... emoticon

    I'm pretty sure you can tell them you can't because of xxx and they will dismiss you. DH got called sometime within the last 6 months and told them he couldn't due to an influx of soldiers and it's his JOB to inprocess ammo - so they dismissed him.
Another time, he was OVERSEAS! LOL I had to call for him and they said okay.
Besides, you can go and make it SO not worth their while by answering objectively to their preliminary questions instead of open-minded. They want people on juries to be 'flexible' in their 'decision making'.

EXERCISE 20 MIN AEROBICS, 20 PILATES AND 30 MIN STRENGTH TRAINING. TOO MANY EXERCISE IN STRENGTH TRAINING TO NAME. TAKE A LOOK AT MY EXERCISE TRACKER!!

AND ANNETTE MY SOD RANGE WAS 2,175 NOT OVER BUT NOT GREAT EITHER. OH WELL BETTER CHANCE NEXT TIME.

TODAY WAS VERY BUSY AND I DID NOT MAKE THE RIGHT CHOICES. I HAD TO TAKE MY LITTLE ONE TO SPEECH CLASS AND TAKE MY OLDER LITTLE MAN TO FOOTBALL PRACTICE. WHILE AT THE SPEECH CLASS. I HAD TO TAKE MY BREAKFAST WITH ME. I CAN NOT EAT TOO EARLY OR I WILL FEEL SICK, SO MOST OF THE TIME I EAT BRUNCH. I HAD TO EAT IN A VERY NOSEY TEACHERS LOUNGE. A LITTLE BOY WAS HAVING TANTRUMS AND SCREAMING. THAT GOT MY STOMACH IN KNOTS. I EAT ONLY WHEN THINGS ARE CALM. I SPOKE OF THIS WITH MY BECK TEAM. I DON'T LIKE EATING IN A HURRY BUT I SORT OF DID JUST TO GET AWAY FROM ALL THAT SCREAMING. NOT A HEALTH EATING DAY. BUT THINGS WILL BE SOME WHAT NEAR NORMAL (WHAT EVER THAT IS) TOMORROW. emoticonTHIS IS MY SUNNY TOMORROW I WILL HAVE!!!!

FIBER 23 A LITTLE LOW.
EXERCISE 20 MIN STATIONARY BIKING.

THIS AFTERNOON I HAD A MOMENT OF WEAKNESS CRACKERS CAME CALLING
AND I ANSWERED! AT LEAST I DID NOT GO OVER CAL RANGE. BECK SAID TO GIVE YOUR CREDIT. BY THE GRACE OF GOD I MADE IT. HOPEFULLY THE NEXT THE CALL OF CRACKERS CALL I WILL NOT ANSWER. THIS IS A PROCESS AND IT CAN NOT BE DONE OVER NIGHT. I HAVE HAD YEARS OF UNHEALTHY EATING CHOICES BUT I AM GETTING BETTER.

EXERCISE 20 MIN STATIONARY BIKING. TONIGHT WAS AN EXERCISE DAY BUT I DID NOT EXERCISE YESTERDAY. GOT TO GET BACK ON TRACK.

I DID NOT EAT ENOUGH CARBS EITHER. BUT SUNDAY SOME TIMES ARE HARDER TO GET ENOUGH FOOD IN. WORSHIP SERVICES KEPT ME AWAY FROM HOME. I AM NOT COMPLAINING. I NEEDED LESS FOOD ANYWAY. I HAD TO EAT A SNACK AFTER DINNER AND I DON'T LIKE DOING THAT BECAUSE MY BLOOD SUGARS MAY BE AFFECTED. I AM PRAYING FOR THE BETTER TOMORROW. I AM NOT HUNGRY AT THEE LOW CARBS AND THAT IS A MIRACLE!!!
