DAY 11 DOG DAYS CHALLENGE

FAT RANGE --36-50 CONSUMED 61
SOD RANGE 0-2300--CONSUMED 1898
EXERCISE 20 MIN STATIONARY BIKING. TONIGHT WAS AN EXERCISE DAY BUT I DID NOT EXERCISE YESTERDAY. GOT TO GET BACK ON TRACK.

I DID NOT EAT ENOUGH CARBS EITHER. BUT SUNDAY SOME TIMES ARE HARDER TO GET ENOUGH FOOD IN. WORSHIP SERVICES KEPT ME AWAY FROM HOME. I AM NOT COMPLAINING. I NEEDED LESS FOOD ANYWAY. I HAD TO EAT A SNACK AFTER DINNER AND I DON'T LIKE DOING THAT BECAUSE MY BLOOD SUGARS MAY BE AFFECTED. I AM PRAYING FOR THE BETTER TOMORROW. I AM NOT HUNGRY AT THEE LOW CARBS AND THAT IS A MIRACLE!!!

EXERCISE ME AND LESLIE BUSTED UP SOME MILE TONIGHT 2 MILES DONE. 35 MIN.

DONE BOTH AM AND PM STRETCHES,
20 MIN SESSIONS STRENGTH TRAINING. I USED THE RESISTANCE BAND.

SINGLE LEG EXTENSIONS W/BAND

JULY 24 DOG DAY CHALLENGE

WATER ONLY 10.
CAL RANGE 1250-1550---MMMMMMMMINE WHAT????? LETS JUST SAY I HAD A BIG UNHEALTHY EATING DAY. 2163.
CAR RANGE 130-200.

EXERCISE ONLY 15 MIN STRENGTH TRAINING. BECAUSE OF THE HIGH BAD CARD MY STRENGTH WAS SAPPED OUT. I COULD DO NO MORE.

I ALMOST DID NOT POST THIS BECAUSE OF THE HIGH CALORIES I CONSUMED...BUT BEING ACCOUNTABILITY TO MYSELF MEANS BEING BRUTALLY HONEST WITH WHAT I ATE. I AM NOT ALONE IN THIS STRUGGLE.

I CAN ALWAYS GET BACK UP AGAIN--DUST MYSELF OFF AND BEGIN AGAIN AS MANY TIMES AS I NEED TO. THIS IS A JOURNEY THAT HAS BEEN FILLED WITH A LOT OF DIPS IN THE ROAD SO TO SPEAK.

I MAY NOT BE FIRST IN LINE, I MAY NOT GET A MEDAL OR PAT ON THE BACK. BUT I AM GOING TO REACH MY GOAL WEIGHT NO MATTER HOW LONG IT TAKES. EVEN IF I HAVE TO CRAWL...

MY SODIUM WAS UP DUE TO MY INCREASE OF BREAD/COLD CEREAL PRODUCTS ALONG WITH SOME CHEESE. STILL WORKING ON THIS.

FAT 36-56---72 UP SOME WHAT. OOH WEE!
CARB RANGE 130-200--- 165
SOD 0-2300----2175 JUST BY THE SKIN OF MY TEETH.
FIBER 32

EXERCISE 30 MIN STATIONARY BIKE. I WAS EXPECTING WORST IN MY CAL RANGE. I WILL NOT JUMP UP AND DOWN OVER 3 POINTS OVER CAL RANGE. I HAVE ATE MORE AT OTHER TIMES. IT STORMED MONDAY EVENING. IT SEEMS THAT I WE GET A STORMS/OR AFTER A STORM THE NET WILL GET THE HICK-CUPS. I AM PRAYING FOR THE BEST TONIGHT.
