DAY 5 DOG DAY CHALLENGE

DAY 5 OF DOG CHALLENGE

WATER 15 GLASSES
CAL RANGE 1250Z-1550---1553 OVER ONLY BY THREE. HEY IT COULD HAVE BEEN WORST.
FAT 36-56---72 UP SOME WHAT. OOH WEE!
CARB RANGE 130-200--- 165
SOD 0-2300----2175 JUST BY THE SKIN OF MY TEETH.
FIBER 32

EXERCISE 30 MIN STATIONARY BIKE. I WAS EXPECTING WORST IN MY CAL RANGE. I WILL NOT JUMP UP AND DOWN OVER 3 POINTS OVER CAL RANGE. I HAVE ATE MORE AT OTHER TIMES. IT STORMED MONDAY EVENING. IT SEEMS THAT I WE GET A STORMS/OR AFTER A STORM THE NET WILL GET THE HICK-CUPS. I AM PRAYING FOR THE BEST TONIGHT.

FIBER 21 A LITTLE LOW.

EXERCISE 30 MIN HARD HITTING AEROBICS. BOY DID I WORK UP A SWEAT. LESLIE DON'T PLAY. WE WORKED OUT WITH A WALK BELT. HUFFING AND PUFFING BUT MADE IT.

HEY AN OVER ALL GREAT DAY. I WAS NOT SCHEDULED TO EXERCISE BUT BECAUSE I WAS SO OVER RANGE I DECIDED TO DO IT ANYWAY. NOT THAT I CAN TAKE BACK THAT PIZZA I ATE BUT I CAN SURE PUT SOME DENTS IN IT. emoticon

Day 3 of Dog Days Challenge

Water 15 glasses
Cal range not great but I have done worst.
1250-1550-- 1843
Exercise 15 min strength training. Core/upper/lower
Cardio stationary biking 20 min.
fat range was up!!
sod 0-2300--2380 eighty point over but still way too high.

Saturday are the hardest. Inspite of plans sometimes they go a stray. But they never go away I will continue to work on this planning thing.

Beck would say you can start over this minute but I have not quit just made some not so healthy food choices. Tomorrow is a new day. I say this because I am finished for the night. I will be in range tomorrow without a doubt. As God as my helper!!! I did exercise tonight and I will give myself credit for that!!!

WATER REQUIREMENT 96 oz. (not sure how to log the extra water intake so I will guess at this 15 min each exercise session????) 16 oz.
CAL RANGE 1250- 1550 CONSUMED 1,485
FAT RANGE 32-56 CONSUMED 42
FIBER 31
SODIUM RANGE 0-2300 CONSUMED 1,625

CARDIO 20 MIN AEROBICS ONE MILE-- 20 MIN PILATES. (I WILL NOT LOG PILATES IN THE CHALLENGE THIS IS FOR ACCOUNTABILITY ON MY BEHALF. I WILL LOG THIS IN MY EXERCISE JOURNAL.

I was in cal range again. My calories were up from last night but that is ok. It is important that I stay in cal range not only for this challenge but to further my weight loss. I will have to stay in prayer this weekend. I get off track on the weekend. I will be more watchful and plan, plan, plan.

    Good for you girl friend for recognizing this and planning fro what is ahead. And you did tremendous on that fiber intake. Do you know how hard it is to get the proper amount of daily fiber? But it can be done.... emoticon emoticon emoticon

TOE TOUCH CRUNCHES 26 REPS.

UPPER--
INCLINE BICEP CURLS 26 REPS.
MILITARY PRESS 26.
TRICEPS KICK BACKS 26

LOWER BODY STRETCH ROUTINE.

MY EATING WAS OFF. I HAD TO ADD AN EXTRA SNACK JUST TO GET IN MY REQUIRED CAL RANGE. TODAY I DID NOT HAVE AN ISSUE WITH FOOD. BECK WOULD SAY CONRATS YOU ARE GETTING THE HANG OF THIS. I AM SAYING IT TOO.
