Yep, as BigGirl208 said, I did post 2 links - the first was just instructional, the second was the video - the song is 'catchy' and sticks in your head!!! LOL
Traditional celebrations are great! I hope you get in some cardio as well!

Reflection for 21 day healthy habit challenge

Sunday, June 22, 2008

SW 184.2

CW 176.8

Water 11.5--13
Cal range 1200-1550--1278
Fat range 32-56--52
carb range 130-200-- 146
pro range 60-127---60
sod 0-2300---1684

Well this challenge is finally over. I did not think I would be able to stay with it but by Gods grace I did. I really had to work it-- working around 3 kids home from summer school vacation. School is out but the dr. visits, activities do not end, then there is extended school program for my little one who is autistic. God has really brought me a long way. I thank him daily.

This challenge really kept me accountable. Making my food tracker open to sp public was a big step for me. I am an emotional eater and I have not hid that fact. I think I did pretty good. Sodium is still a problem. I will try to eat more hot cooked cereals like old fashioned oats, cream of wheat, cream of rice etc. The bread is a greater challenge for me. I have to find an alternative probably at our local health store.

Exercises went well It was the first time I did strength training 4 days a week. I got good results. So I will try and keep this up.

Looking forward to the next challenge. THANK YOU MRSHONEY!!!

Sorry I could not post early!! I MADE IT emoticon
