LIKE MOST PEOPLE, YOU'RE TIRED OF STAYING ON YOUR DIET. PUSHING YOURSELF TO EXERCISE AND AVOID ALL THE FUN TIMES AROUND FOOD.
YOU MAY GET DISCOURAGED YOU DECIDE YOU DON'T CARE. WHEN YOU GET WORN DOWN ITS TEMPTING TO LET OF DIETING EFFORTS OR GIVE UP.
DON'T STOP CARING
ON DAYS YOUR TEMPTED NOT TO CARE-REMIND YOURSELF THAT YOU ARE WORTH IT AND YOU DESERVE TO IMPROVE YOUR LIFE AND HEALTH.
FIGURE OUR WHATS BOTHERING YOU. WHEN YOU DON'T FEEL LIKE STICKING WITH YOUR PLAN SOMETHING ELSE REQUIRES YOUR ATTENTION. WHEN YOU'RE TEMPTED TO STOP CARING DIG PAST YOUR EXCUSE SEE WHAT MIGHT BE GETTING TO YOU. DON'T GIVE UP TAKE CARE OF THE REAL ISSUES THAT ARE GETTING IN YOUR WAY.
