What a week! At least I went to the gym all week - many days I almost bailed.
Lot's of stuff to do this weekend and not enough time.

What a week!
I am so happy the weekend is almost here. It is super windy - hope that does not deter me from doing errands.
I really want to catch up on sleep.

I didn't go to the gym yesterday and was really disappointed. It's the first day I missed in 2 weeks.
I had a meeting and did not want to go early in the morning and didn't feel good in the evening so I went home from work.

Today, even thought I feel like crap and slept like crap, I am going at lunch.

I do feel so much better when I go - really.

I have a lunch meeting that I am in charge of and, unfortunately, can't get to the gym.
Last time, I went at 6AM and all of the spinners were there.
Well, they don't wipe down the machines they use - GROSS!
Why should I have to get on sweaty, germy, machines?
I shouldn't.
