Cruise Challenge Update

Starting Weight: 240 lbs

As you can see above, today I am making zuppa toscana for dinner. It's one of our favorite soups! It's a sunny fall-like day outside. The perfect soup weather! Yum yum!

Also, did you see the total pounds lost? I lost 3 pounds during the first week of my cruise challenge! Not only was this lost during my first week of the cruise challenge, but it was also during fair week! I'm really pleased with these results! Hoping to keep the trend going strong this week, too!

    emoticon. Sounds delicious! I would like to use my WII fit but there us non volume. My husband could fix it but I can't, I already tried. He says he doesn't have time to look at it. Other wise I would do it.

    You are doing great! I love your mind set and how you dealt with food at the office. It's all about portion control. You didn't go crazy on cookies and pizza, so for that reason alone, you rock! Great idea walking around the fair too. If you keep it up like this, your 30 lbs will soon turn into 40, 50, 60 POUNDS! And looking at the 2 pics on your blog, you do look thinner in the face. You have such a pretty face and I can see the potential, I can't imagine what you will look like when you reach goal!

    Awww, you look super cute in your pic and soooo happy! Your plate of your work lunch is not that bad and you do have carrots and salad. You did good with moderation. Have fun at the fair and try to focus on the fun of being there, who you're with rides and games and not the food. Keep your goals in mind first and foremost! Good luck!

    Wow... that does sound tough! But I think you did awesome! I know how the whole "fair foods" thing goes. I ate horribly at our fair this year. I know you can do it! Those fudge popcicles will taste great when paired with the feeling of victory you'll get when you accomplish your goals! emoticon hehe!

    I can't see the pizza very well, so correct me if I am wrong, but it looks like there are vegetables on there? If so, don't consider this a failure. You at least ate vegetables! Plus, you stuck to your work out routine, and you lost a pound. I still consider this a victory. If that was me, I would have probably decided not to work out which would have hindered me. So, see? Small victories!

It's ok to have "bad" stuff in moderation!

    Omg, that pizza had me salivating! Hey, you are down a pound so no need to feel guilty. I feel like anything is ok as long as it's in moderation. Plus like you said it's only once a year.
