Today was very stressful. I have a personal battle with stress management and I didn't do a great job today! I tend to bottle all of the stress up and work faster and harder toward my work deadlines until my body does something to make me stop. Today, I literally could feel my blood pressure rise. It was painful, and I'm not sure if thats normal. I have a high stress job but I love what I do! Stress management is a must in my line of work and its something that I will continue to work on.
Tonight, in order to de-stress, I am going to relax with my husband while we eat BBQ Pulled Pork and watch scary movies in honor of Halloween. Rather than scary movies, I think we might watch the old time classic, Clue!
I was just going to type "I might exercise tonight" but then I stopped myself. I should exercise tonight and I will not do it unless it is planned in to my night. So here is tonights plan:
4:30 - Leave Work
5:00 - Eat Dinner
5:30 - Workout
6:00 - Cook Quiche for breakfasts
7:00 - Movie
