On March 1, 2013 my husband and I decided to go paleo/gluten free. This was a major lifestyle change for my husband especially. He was a junk food addict. At the 12 week mark I am happy to report he has lost 27lbs and gone from a xxl shirt to a xl and a 40/42 pant to a 38.
I have lost 17lbs and gone down one size in my pants.
We are setting our next mini goal from now until Thanksgiving. I am planning on losing 22 more lbs and I have 5 1/2 months to do it. He is setting a goal to loose 28lbs by then. At this point he will be at his ideal weight and I will be half way to my ultimate goal weight.

These are my goals for the coming year. I am starting over yet again. Exercise, eat right, exercise, eat right....... repeat over and over.
By Jan 1, 2013 be down 7lbs.

Feb. 1, 2013 another 10lbs. lost

Mar 1, 2013 another 7lbs. meet first goal of 24lbs. lost in three months.
I am going to the Pink concert on March 8th and I want to wear my size 16 jeans. They have been sitting in the closet since I got pregnant in Mar of 2011. It is time to get back into them!

Yearly Weight Goals for 2011....

I calculated out all of my weight goals for 2011 last week and am now putting them up for the public to see! By doing so I want to make myself more accountable and reach them. So here they are: Goal Weights
March 7th: 265
April 4th: 260
May 2nd: 254
June 6th: 248
July 4th: 240
August 1st: 234
September5th: 228
October 3rd: 220 ( this will also be the 52 week mark for me on Spark!)

November 7th: 215

My December goals

Here are my mini goals for December. I figure if I post them for all of Sparkville to see I will make it happen!
By my families Christmas party on December 18th I will loose 6 more lbs. bringing me to a total weight loss of 30lbs. in the first 12weeks of my healthy lifestyle journey.
Then by January 2nd I want to loose another 3lbs. This will bring me just over a quarter of the way to my goal weight emoticon

Thanks for letting me share and for all of the support and encouragement you give me emoticon
Update Dec 6th:
I am blowing the goal out of the water. I lost six pounds in a week! I am now aiming for another 6lbs. lost before Jan. 2nd. I want to keep this momentum up emoticon

End of October is fast approaching!

Well, I got serious about losing this weight and getting healthier on September 27, 2010. I have been staying in my nutritional guidelines for all of the time since (except during a weekend trip) and along with a lot of cardio and a little strength training I have lost 19 pounds. I hope to make it an even 20 by Monday November 1st when I weigh myself again!
New haircut/ high lights as a reward for 15lbs. lost 10-27-10
