Finally today I hardly have any pain in back. I'm thrilled. :) It's stick akward to walk, because my back seems to be fixated in one spot. But I'm slowly but surely getting better. I can't wait to be 100%, so I can work out. Ugh...driving me nuts. I know I've gained a few pounds back, but I'm trying to not let it bother me. Figures I finally reach my goal weight and something like this happens though.
But anyways....gotta be optimistic, right?
My eating definitley hasn't been 100%. That's for sure. So I'm back to counting calories. I added everything up I plan to eat tomorrow. I made stuffed peppers for dinner for tomorrow and another day later in the week. It's a recipe from Ellie Krieger. I switched things up though. Instead of using lean beef, I used boca meatless burger, and instead of bulghur (because I couldn't find it anywhere) I used couscous. The calories came out less though, so I'm not complaining. Hopefully they taste good though. :) They smelled really yummy. So yeah...I'm going back to counting for the next few weeks. I gotta get back on track with everything!!!
I go for 4 adjustments at the chiropractor this week. :) Looking forward to going back, because it really seems to be helping. I also get a free massage. I've never had one before, so that will be a nice treat.
Mother's Day is coming up too. My sis is going to go pick up some azalea bushes for my mom. She asked for those about a month ago. But I doubt she remembers, so she won't be expecting them. I plan to look for an incense burner too, because she said she'd really like to have one. And I'll probably get her some truffles like always. Then I have to find something to get my Nanny as well. My sis and I plan to take both of them to dinner on Sunday. So that will be nice for them. :) A girl's day out. That hasn't happened in quite awhile.
Anyways...just trying to get caught up with everything. I'm SO behind. Life has been pretty nuts the past 2 weeks. And I really want things to get back to the norm. Me exercising regularly, enjoying my job, being pain free, and just overall being in a decent mood. It makes life tough when you're in constant severe pain & find it hard to walk. Especially when you exercise for a living. Ya know?
I did get a pedometer though. Finally one that works well. So I'll be wearing that for the next few weeks to see how many steps I can get in. :) I'm sure it will be a lot since I walk ALL day long. Lookin forward to seeing those numbers.
I'm trying to find the Spark People bootcamp, but can't seem to find it. Anyone know the link?
