Re doing my workout rotation

Again. LoL. Since I'm working out at Curves now...I'm gonna have to cut back on the exercise some days cause I just won't have time to do a full 90 minutes. So on days I work full-time at Curves I'm gonna aim for 60 minutes in the am before work and then on days I'm off I'll do 90 minutes. :) So I'm working on that this evening!

Body: Calves are tight, but overall I feel good!

My Day: Today was good...got a light workout in this morning and then did my workout at Curves. Looking forward to getting back into the routine of doing 60-90 minutes each morning. Just gotta completely get over this laryngitis. My voice is almost back to 100%, but I'm still a little congested and have a little bit of a cough. Not bad though. Work was good. I have a meeting this evening at Curves. Really long day today...working from 9 am til 8:30pm. Ugh. But only one more day of that, then I'll just be working fulltime at Curves. Overall a good day!!! :) Did good on eating..I need to get more fat in my diet though. Something to improve on.

Okay one thing I'm frustrated about...Spark Goodies. I love the idea...but for some reason when I receive one it won't let me click the link. It keeps saying error. BLAH! Anyways...I had to vent. LoL.

I ate 1502 calories, which is quite a bit for me. LoL. I'm proud of that because I've been trying to increase them. I know it seems odd to be thrilled about eating a lot. But it's good for me! Woohoo!!!

I worked out today at Curves and plan to do some strength training when I get home. Overall a great day!

    Good for you! I found in the past that I was only eating about 1000-1100 calories a day, unintentionally. Now - I try to get in 1250-1300 minimum and its working great for me. Eating well to lose! :-)

    I hate that your spark goodies aren't working right. I bet that is frustrating.
Congrats on eating more today and eating more calories. That is cool.

Monday...

Well today was Monday...a pretty decent day. I was supposed to be off work at Culligan, but since I didn't work but like 4 hours last week, I went in. Blah. LoL. I couldn't talk, so I spent 5 hours wrapping bottles. SOOO boring. But at least I got paid for sitting there, saying nothing. HaHa.

Tomorrow I get to go to work at Curves & Culligan. It's gonna be one long a$$ day. From 9 in the morning til 8 in the evening. Ew. Oh well...only one more week of that. Then I'm full-time at Curves. Woohoo! We had to study this membership script for Curves. I have to have it memorized by Wednesday. I pretty much have it down though.

Since I have to work so much tomorrow I went ahead and prepared my food for tomorrow. Here's the agenda:

Breakfast: Waffles w/ a banana
Snack: Popcorn
Lunch: Chicken Caesar Salad, Sliced Cucumbers and Applesauce
Snack: Apple
Dinner: Shrimp Scampi, Roasted Potatoes, Broccoli
Snack: Laughing Cow Cheese w/ Melba

Gonna get up early tomorrow am and do some strength training too. :) Well just wanted to drop in and let everyone know how I am.

I'm off to finish watching Harry Potter then get some sleep! Night!

    Boring paycheck is better than no paycheck :-)

Good for you getting everything set for your day.

I have been trying to get my protein up so I have my menu all planned, at least for tomorrow. Ground chicken taco salad (minus all the bad tasty items), fruit - and I've even started taking the time to make egg whites and a whole wheat english muffin for breakfast. Hopefully, I'll keep it up.

Enjoy Harry Potter. Love it!

Muscle Building Week

Well I tried to do cardio this morning...no luck. I guess I need to wait this sickness out until it's totally over. I don't want to push my luck. So I figure I'll take advantage and focus solely on strength training this week. :) Then next week I'll begin my brand new rotation with lots of cardio.

Here's the plan

Monday: 3T + Ab Jam + My Upper Body Circuit
Tuesday: Turbo Sculpt + BSA
Wednesday: Lower Body Jam + My Lower Body Circuit
Thursday: My Core Circuit + 3T + Ab Jam
Friday: Turbo Sculpt + Lower Body Jam
Saturday: BSA + My Core Circuit + Hard Core Abs
