    FRIENDSHIP IS ONE OF THE HARDEST MOST REWARDING PARTS OF LIFE. SOMETIMES EVEN IF YOU WANT TO HEAL THE RIFT, IT IS ALMOST IMPOSSIBLE. I HAVE BEEEN TRYING TO DO THAT FOR ALMOST A YEAR AND IT IS STILL NOT DONE. SOMETIMES THE HARDEST THING TO DO IS ALSO THE BEST. emoticon

    CHAR, SOMETIMES EGOS GET IN THE WAY AND NEITHER WANTS TO ADMIT S/HE IS WRONG.     CHAR I SURE HOPE YOUR ABLE TO GET YOUR TWO FRIENDS BACK TOGETHER; BUT SOMETIMES FRIENDS DRIFT APART FOR WHAT EVER REASON. HELLO IT'S ME AGAIN!JUST TAKING ONE DAY AT A TIME!MY DAY STARTED WITH THE NEW ROUTINE NEARING THE END OF A WEEK NOW OF EXERCISING FIRST THING IN THE MORNING AFTER BREAKFAST!I REALLY FELL GOOD DOING IT THIS WAY BECAUSE THEN IT IS DONE AND I DON'T HAVE TO WORRY AT THE END OF THE DAY AND SAY I AM TO TIRED TO DO THIS!AND THEN AT WORK GETTING MY 2 HOURS OF WALKING IN!THEN THE BIGGEST PART I DIDN'T EAT ANY SWEETS YEAH!HEY I GUESS I AM GOING THRU WITHDRALL!GOT MY 8-8OZ GLASSES OF WATER IN NEVER A PROBLEM THERE EITHER! AND GOT MY 6 FRUITS AND VEGGIES IN FOR THE DAY!NOW LAST TO GET THIS MIND SET THE WAY IT WAS WHEN I FIRST STARTED!I LOST SOMETIME ALONG THE WAY AND JUST HAVE TO GET IT BACK!

WELL TODAY WAS A BETTER DAY FOR ME NOT MANY PEOPLE IN WORK HAD SOME CALL OFFS SO THAT MEANS TO BAD FOODS AROUND!YEAH!YOU KNOW IT IS EASY FOR SOMEONE TO SAY JUST SAY NO!WELL NOT EVERYONE IS THE SAME A GIRL AT WORK SAY'S SHE CAN HAVE JUST ONE AND SHE IS SATISFIED!WELL THAT'S GREAT I TOLD HER I AM JEALOUS OF THAT CAUSE I AM ONE THAT CAN'T STOP AT ONE!THEN TWO THEN THREE AND BEFORE YOU KNOW IT I AM WHERE I AM WANTING IT EVERYDAY!LIKE SPARK HAS SAID IN ARTICLES MSG IS LIKE A DRUG YOU HAVE IT AND WANT MORE AND MORE!WHY DO THEY DO THAT TO US?IT SHOULDN'T BE ALLOWED IN ANYTHING AT ALL!THAT WOULD MAKE IT ALOT EASIER!WELL I FIND IT REALLY HELPS TO TALK ABOUT WHAT I AM GOING THRU!I KNOW I SHOULDN'T BE SO HARD ON MYSELF!AND I HAVEN'T IN THE PAST THAT'S BECAUSE I ONLY HAD ONE BAD THING THIS TIME IT IS DIFFERENT I HAD WAY TO MUCH!AND IT IS ALL OUT IN THE OPEN NOW AND THAT MAKE ME FEEL BETTER.     MISS CHAR, GLAD YOU SAID IT WAS A "BETTER" DAY SO THAT MEANS THE DAY BEFORE WAS A "GOOD" DAY EVEN IF YOU DID EAT SOMETHING YOU SHOULDN'T HAVE. DOESN'T MEAN YOU FAILED OR DID SOMETHING BAD...ESPECIALLY SINCE YOU REALIZED IT. CONFESSION IS GOOD FOR THE SOUL. YOU CONFESSED. DONE. IN THE PAST. IT'S A NEW DAY! NOW, THERE ARE NO BAD FOODS. JUST UNHEALTHY ONES. WE NEED TO BE MINDFUL OF WHAT WE ARE EATING. I'M LOOKING AT THINGS...AND THEN THINKING ABOUT IT BEFORE IT GOES INTO MY MOUTH. ACTUALLY HAD HEALTHY PIZZA...YUP, HEALTHY...TODAY...THIN CRACKER-LIKE CRUST WITH HALF CHEESE AND LOADS OF GREEN PEPPERS, OLIVES, MUSHROOMS AND BANANA PEPPERS! TWO SLICES WERE LESS THAN 300 CALORIES. SO SEE, EVEN WHAT WE THINK OF AS BAD FOOD, CAN BE HEALTHY.

    CHAR I am the same very way with Lays' Potato Chips so I can soooo relate, when they are back where the snacks are I avoid that area, cause I can't say to no to that at all, I actually stopped eating them because of the salt, and now, I find them way to salty but will eat them anyway so nope not for me I need to get healthy, just like you.

Are you hard on yourself? YUP a bit but you know you better and you know just how hard you need to be on you; once those good habits are developed you'll not give it a thought... keep on truckin gurlfriend you doing great !!! emoticon emoticon

FEELING GOOD ABOUT EXERCISING DOING THIS NEW BOOT CAMP ALONG WITH MY OTHER EXERCISES FIRST THING IN THE MORNING IS REALLY WORKING OUT!THEN ALL I HAVE TO DO WHEN I GET TO WORK IS MY WALKING!I ALSO DO THAT FIRST THING THEN THAT IS DONE!NOW ALL I HAVE TO DO IS GET MY ACT TOGETHER ON MY EATING HABITS!I WILL DO THIS BUT I NEED HELP!AT MY WORK IS WHERE I AM HAVING MAJOR TROUBLE!I FIND IF I EVEN HAVE ONE TASTE OF SOMETHING BAD THAN THAT IS ALL I WANT!GOT TO STOP THIS BEFORE I PUT BACK ON ALL THAT I HAVE LOST!I DON'T WANT THAT AT ALL AND THAT IS WHERE I AM HEADED!I CAN'T MAKE EVERYONE STOP EATING GOODIES JUST FOR ME I NEED TO LEARN TO SAY NO!I TAKE ALL GOOD HEALTHY THINGS TO WORK NOW TO STAY AWAY FORM THE BAD AND I WILL HAVE IT MADE!I HAVE TO GET MY MIND SET IT IS NOT THERE LIKE IT WAS WHEN I FIRST STARTED SPARK!EVERYTHING ELSE IS, MY FRUITS AND VEGGIES AND WATER AND EXERCISE ALL EXCELLENT!NOW IF I COULD SEW MY MOUTH SHUT THEN I WILL HAVE IT MADE!

You have done it in the past and you will do it again GF! I was offered some Smart Popcorn with the white cheese on it yesterday and as much as I looked at it, I turned it down. I knew too that if I started on it, that would be it! So better not to even have a taster!

    Patience, and perserverance, as you are setting a good example for those you work with and they will notice more by your actions rather then your words...so keep taking your snacks and avoid theirs, and you know its the msg in that stuff that is keeping you wanting it, msg is addicting LIKE A DRUG... so just as you would say NO to drugs, say NO to those snacks.. just reading the ingrediences on the package is enough for me sometimes..but other times I have to perservere.... you are doing great, your putting all your ducks in a row emoticon emoticon

WELL GANG IT ANOTHER NEW DAY!AND A NEW BOOTCAMP WORKOUT SO LET'S SEE ONCE AGAIN I AM CHANGING THING UP A LITTLE STARTING TODAY!DOING THE NEW BOOTCAMP WORKOUTS AS I HAVE BEEN DOING THE OLD ONES AND THINK MY BODY HAS GOTTEN USE TO THEM SO TO START TODAY I DID THE NEW ONE FIRST THING THIS MORNING!ALSO I AM DOIN AS THE CHALLENGE FOR THE TEAM THIS WEEK 1 SPRK VIDEO !ALSO I WILL STILL DO MY MON,WED AND FRIDAY EXERCISE/STRENGTH DAYS!
