HELLO FRIENDS I AM AT WORK CHECKING IN ON ALL YOU GOOD PEOPLE!THE GIRL WENT HOME EARLY SO HERE I AM!LOLI FEEL A LITTLE BETTER TODAY! GOT SOME SLEEP LAST NIGHT MORE THAN THE NIGHT BEFORE!I GOT UP FOR BATHROOM BREAKS 4 TIMES!GOT ALL MY EXERCISE DONE EARLY THIS MORNING.DRANK ALL MY WATER AND ATE ALL MY FRUITS AND VEGGIES.STILL HAVING TROUBLE WITH WHAT I AM EATING!I GUESS I AM SO FRUSTRATED AT HOME WITH ALL THE PROJECT NOT FINISHED YET!
IT'S A LITTLE SLOW HERE TODAY AS YOU CAN TELL OR I WOULDN'T BE ON THE COMPUTER.
WELL ALMOST TIME TO GO GET JANICE FOR THE WEEKEND!AND HOPING SOME GUY'S SHOW UP FOR THE PROJECTS WE HAVE WAITING.

WHAT A NIGHT AND WHAT A DAY

WELL IT STARTED LAST NIGHT I ONLY SLEPT FOR 2 HOURS JUST COULD NOT GET TO SLEEP TILL IT WAS TIME TO GET UP.THEN I GOT UP DID MY EXERCISES AND WALKING AND WENT TO WORK FOR A VERY LONG DAY DON'T KNOW HOW I DID IT THEN UP TO JANICE AND HOME TO DO MY WASH AND IRONING BETTER GET SOME SLEEP TONIGHT! DON'T KNOW IF IT IS ALSO A CHANGE IN THE WEATHER LAST NITE IT WAS HOT AND MAYBE THAT HAD ALOT TO DO WITH IT WE HAD THE WINDOWS OPEN.WELL FADING FAST GETTING DINNER DONE AND HOPE TO GET TO BED EARLY TONIGHT.

YES I GOT UP THIS MORNING TO DARKNESS AND DID MY EXERCISES AND WALKING AND LEFT WORK TODAY THE SAME DARK I AM AFRAID THE WINTER IS RIGHT AROUND THE CORNER!WHAT HAPPENED TO SUMMER? IT'S MY 2 YEAR SPARK ANNIVERSARY

YES FRIENDS IT IS MY 2 YEAR SPARK ANNIVERSARY YES IT IS.I STARTED SPARK ON SEPTEMBER 20TH TWO YEARS AGO AND WAS AFRAID TO POST SO I ACTUALLY STARTED 2 YEARS TODAY!LOL OK HERE IS WHAT HAS HAPPENED I WAS AND STILL AM OVER WEIGHT. I QUIT SODA FROM DAY ONE AND LOST 30 POUNDS AND PRETTY STEADY. I WAS SO PROUD OF MYSELF AND GOT TO COMFORTABLE WITH TE WEIGHT LOSS WELL I STILL HAVEN'T DRANK ANY SODA AT ALL AND IT DOESN'T EVEN BOTHER ME AT ALL. ALL I DRINK IS WATER AND ON OCCASION I HAVE A CHOCOLATE MILK ON THE WEEKENDS WHEN I HAVE THE CALORIE TO USE. I ALSO HAVE NEVER MISSED A DAY OF EATING MY FRUITS AND VEGGIES. I NEVER ATE FRUIT BEFORE SO ALL OF THIS I AM PROUD OF EXCERPT ONE THING I HAVE PUT WEIGHT BACK AND AND MOST OF IT SO I AM ONLY DOWN 13 POUNDS AND I WORKED SO HARD TO GET HERE. I LOST MYSELF SOME WHERE ALONG THE LINE. AND I NEED TO GET THAT SPARK BACK AND FAST BEFORE ALL THE WEIGHT AND MORE IS BACK ON ME.I AM SO MAD AT MYSELF FOR THAT AND THEY SAY DON'T BE SO HARD ON YOURSELF WELL I FEEL I NEED TO.I FEEL THERE WAS SO MUCH MORE SUPPORT WHEN I STARTED AND NOW IT SEAM LIKE PEOPLE ARE TO BUSY TO HELP OR DO CHALLENGES I DON'T KNOW I JUST FELL MY SELF SLIPPING FURTHER AND FURTHER AWAY!

    CHAR, WHAT IS IT YOU NEED FROM ME...FROM US? I KNOW THE CHALLENGE I'M DOING ON MY OTHER TEAM IS REALLY HELPING...IT'S A 6 MONTH CHALLENGE AND WE SET OUR OWN GOALS. DO YOU WANT TO DO ONE HERE? WILL THAT WORK FOR YOU OR DO YOU NEED A SPECIFIC CHALLENGE?

I ALSO AGREE WITH DEUCE...ARE YOU EATING ENOUGH CALORIES FOR THE EXERCISE? MAYBE YOU NEED TO RE=ENTER THAT INFO AND SEE IF SP RECALCULATES YOUR CALORIES? THEY DID FOR ME WHEN I ENTERED MY NEW GOAL FOR MY SEPTEMBER CHALLENGE.

    Dear Char, like you, I have lost my MoJo. I'm not sure how to tell you how to get it back. I am still trying to find mine. I haven't gained any weight back and I am still at 61 lbs, 21 of that w/spark. But you are right, we all need a good swift kick from time to time. No you don't have to beat yourself up, but you do need to sit done a reorganize your thinking. Write down all you do and what you eat and be honest. Me, I am bad about adding all the little stuff that I may eat. You forget about them. I do not use a food journal coz I am too lazy. I do try to track and I am getting back at that. Maybe you are doing too much exercise & not enought calories. That is always possible. No you don't have to have a candy bar to add calories, have more fruit or toast & peanut butter for more protein. If I get too far out of the groove, I go back to slimfast once ot twice a day. It helps me. Most of the time it is the sodium that I am getting too high on and it really makes a difference. I know you have heard all of this before, but it is all I have. The rest is up to you. It has to come from you first. Just know that whenever you need me I am here. Just a sparkmail away. Alls you have to do is ask. Hugs to you and good luck.     CHAR - YOU CAN BE STRICTER WITH YOURSELF BUT JUST DON'T BEAT YOURSELF UP OVER IT. LOOK AT IT THIS WAY, AT LEAST YOU DIDN'T GAIN ALL THE WEIGHT BACK BEFORE YOU GOT AHOLD OF YOURSELF. NOW JUST KEEP DRINKING THAT WATER, EATING THOSE FRUIT & VEGGIES & FORCE YOURSELF TO MOVE MOVE MOVE IN SOME WAY EVERY DAY.. WALK HARLEY AROUND THE NEIGHBORHOOD... THAT'LL HELP!     I started about a year ago and have had my ups and downs too. It's easiest to be motivated when you first start, however, if you regain your focus you can really make some permanent life changes now that will help you get where you want and to keep with it. The glow may be off the rose, however, dig in now and get back to your routine and I am betting that by this time next year you will see some great results. Support is very important too. It helps to be in this with others who encourage you.

You know you did it before so get back to your routine with exercise and logging your nutrition. I know you can do it! Go for it!
