YES FRIENDS IT'S HUMP DAY THE MIDDLE OF THE WEEK AND NOT TO BAD OF A WEEK SO FAR!I WAS SO BUSY LAST NIGHT I ALL MOST FORGOT TO DO LAUNDRY I DO IT ON TUESDAY'S AND THURSDAY'S AND IRON SO I DON'T HAVE SO MUCH!I REMEMBERED 40 MINUTES BEFORE BED SO I WASHED A LOAD AND THEN DRIED IT THIS MORNING!AND ALSO IRONED THIS MORNING!AND MADE IT TO WORK ON TIME AND ALSO GOT MY EXERCISES AND WALKING DONE!FEELS REAL GOOD TO GET THINGS DONE!
GOT OUT OF WORK WENT TO JANICE AND SHE STARTED TO BE BOLD BUT STRAIGHTENED RIGHT OUT!LOL MUST BE THE LOOK I GAVE HER!LOL
CAME HOME AND DID MY BILLS AND BANK DEPOSIT AND WENT DOWN TO THE POST OFFICE AND MAILED THE BILLS OUT AND THE NIGHT DEPOSIT I PUT IN THE BANK SO WE ARE SET FOR ANOTHER WEEK!TOMORROW ON MY LUNCH I GOT TO GO MAKE ANOTHER PAYMENT ON OUR SCHOOL TAXES! I DON'T THINK YOU SHOULD HAVE TO PAY ANYMORE ONCE YOUR KIDS ARE OUT OF SCHOOL OH WELL WHAT YA GOING TO DO!
NOW I AM WATCHING MY SOAP OPERA AND CHATTING HERE AND BEFORE YOU KNOW IT IT WILL BE BED TIME!THEN I CAN START THIS ALL OVER TOMORROW AGAIN!LOL

YES TODAY WAS BUSY BUT STILL GOT ALL MY EXERCISES DONE AND WALKING AND STAYED IN MY CALORIE RANGE ATE MY FRUITS AND VEGGIES!I KNOW I AM TO HIGH IN SODIUM!THAT IS ONE PROBLEM! AND AS I HAVE SAID I AM TRYING TO DESTRESS! BUT HUBBY IS ONCE AGAIN BUSY IN THE GARAGE!I CAME HOME AND COULD TELL THERE WAS SOMETHING WRONG WE WERE SUPPOSE TO GO SEE HIS MOM TONIGHT!BUT HE SAID HE WAS WAY TO TIRED AND WORKING ON HIS TRUCK HE GOT FROM HIS BOSS IN PLACE OF HIS CAR THIS THING HAS MORE THAN TRIPLE THE MILEAGE GRRRR!OH YES BREATHE!WELL I AM HEADED DOWN THE BASEMENT TO TRY AND DE CLUTTER SOME MORE MAYBE HE WILL JOIN ME DO YA THINK? WELL FRIENDS TODAY I GOT UP FOR WORK AND DID MY EXERCISES AND SHOWERED AND TALKED HERE A BIT AND WENT TO WORK AND MONDAY'S ARE ALWAYS SUPER BUSY BUT THAT'S OK IT MAKES THE DAY GO BY FASTER!THEN CAME HOME WITH A PROJECT I WANTED DONE BUT WHEN I GOT HOME ROY AND THE NEIGHBOUR WERE ON THE PATIO CHILLING AFTER THEIR DAY OF HARD WORK THEN CAME ANOTHER FRIEND AND ANOTHER FRIEND ALL OF HUBBY'S SO IN TOTAL ALL 4 GUY'S DRINKING AND THROWING THE BULL SO I THOUGHT OK I WILL EAT AND WATCH MY SOAP OPERA AND HEAD DOWN THE BASEMENT TO START PROJECT NUMBER ONE!CLEANING OUT THE BASEMENT COMPLETELY SO I THOUGHT OK ALL THE GUY'S LEFT HUBBY ATE HIS DINNER AND CAME DOWN TO SEE WHAT I WAS DOING!I SAID WE HAVE GOT TO GET ALL THESE 100 PROJECTS DONE ALL ARE STARTED AND NONE FINISHED!WELL THEN COMES MY SON WITH THE LARGEST DOG THE GERMAN SHEPARD TO FIX HIS CAR SO DAD IS NOW HELPING HIM!SO I WENT THRU EVERYTHING AND PUT AWAY IN A ROOM DOWN THERE WHAT I WANTED AND TOLD HIM THE REST IS HIS THROW IT AWAY ALL OF IT AND THERE IS ALOT BELIEVE ME!I AM SO TIRED OF ALL THE CLUTTER! AND WE NEED B-DRY TO COME IN AND THAT ISN'T GOING TO BE A PRETTY BILL BUT IT HAS TO BE DONE SOME HOW SOME WAY!I WOULD GO OVER THE HUGH LIST BUT I DO HAVE TO GO TO BED TONIGHT SOMETIME!LOL
WELL I BETTER GO OUTSIDE NOW THAT I GOT THAT OFF MY CHEST AND VISIT FOR A BIT OH HERE COME THE OTHER NEIGHBOUR IT'S GRAND CENTRAL STATION HERE TONIGHT. WELL TODAY IS MY WEIGH IN DAY!GOT UP AND GOT ON THE SCALE AND I AM UP ANOTHER POUND!I KNOW WE ARE NOT SUPPOSE TO BE SO HARD ON OURSELVES BUT I NEED TO BE!IT'S NO ONE FAULT BUT MINE!AS I HAVE SAID A THOUSAND TIMES BEFORE IT'S WHAT I AM EATING THAT IS DOING THIS! I STARTED SPARK AT 189 THEN LOST 30 POUNDS SO THEN I WAS 159. WELL SLOWLY I GOT TOO COMFORTABLE WITH MY NEW WEIGHT LOSS AND SLOWLY STATED PUTTING ONE BY ONE A TOTAL OF NOW 12 POUNDS BACK ON! I WAS BUYING NEW PANTS AND SHORTS AND TOPS AND MOST OF THE TOPS I GOT ARE TO TIGHT NOW I CAN'T BE DOING THIS TO MY SELF I HAVE WORKED TO HARD TO GET TO WHERE I WAS AT 159 NOW I NEED TO TAKE OFF AT LEAST 38 POUNDS TO GET TO MY GOAL WEIGHT OF 139. THIS IS NEVER GOING TO HAPPEN AT THIS RATE!I HAVE BEEN FAITHFUL AT DRINKING MY 8-8OZ GLASSES OF WATER A DAY AND EATING MY 3 FRUITS AND 2 VEGGIES A DAY AND EXERCISES EACH AND EVERY DAY AND FINALLY HAVE LEARNED TO TAKE IT EASY ONE DAY AND THAT IS SUNDAY!I DO BOOT CAMP AND THAT IS IT UNLESS I WALK! I DON'T DO 20 SPARK VIDEO'S ANYMORE!LOL THERE YOU HAVE IT I FELL BETTER TELLING IT ALL TO SOMEONE! I DON'T TELL HUBBY HE WON'T BE HAPPY WITH ME AT ALL AND DOESN'T KNOW HOW TO HANDLE THINGS LIKE THIS ANYWAYS.
THEN WITH HIM GOING TO LOSE HIS JOB AND ME AND THIS SECOND JOB I AM AT MY LAST STRAW HERE AND NEED ALOT OF SUPPORT!I KNOW WHAT I NEED TO DO AND DON'T HAVE MY MIND SET LIKE I DID WHEN I STARTED SPARK I NEED TO GET THAT BACK AND FAST I AM FALLING FAST AND NOT IN THE RIGHT DIRECTION AT ALL!I REALLY WISH I WEREN'T SUCH A PICKY EATER IT MIGHT BE EASIER FOR ME I HATE:BROCCOLI,CAULIFLOWER,PEPPERS, HEY MAYBE THIS IS EASIER I ONLY LIKE CORN,PEAS,GREEN BEANS AND CARROTS AND NOT RAW! MUSHROOMS ARE YUCKY!WELL I HAVE TO FIGURE THIS ALL OUT AND ONLY I AM THE PERSON THAT CAN DO THIS I KNOW THAT BUT MAYBE I NEED A GOOD SMACK IN THE HEAD TO GET THIS MIND SET!PLEASE HELP I NEED SUPPORT FROM EVERYONE!
I KNOW ONLY ONE PERSON FOR SURE THAT WILL READ THIS BUT PEOPLE ARE BUSY WITH THEIR OWN LIVES I KNOW THIS BUT MORE PEOPLE NEED TO BE INVOLVED AND READ AND SUPPORT EACH OTHER!THERE I SAID THAT AND THAT HAS BEEN BOTHERING ME FOR A LONG TIME ALSO!I LOVE EACH AND EVERYONE OF THE PEOPLE ON MY TEAM AND ELSE WHERE OR I WOULDN'T BE HERE AND EACH ONE HAS HELPED ME IN ONE WAY OR ANOTHER!AND I WANT TO THANK YOU ALL FOR THAT I NEVER WOULD BE HERE IF IT WEREN'T FREE AND SURE HOPE EVERYONE KEEPS PARTICIPATING SO IT IS!WELL THANKS FOR LISTENING MY FRIENDS AND AS ALWAYS THANKS FOR READING MY BLOG AND HUGS TO ALL!

    CHAR - YOU ARE NOT ALONE IN WHAT IS HAPPENING... I AM GOING THROUGH THE SAME THING... I HAVE PUT ON 15 POUNDS (ALL THAT I HAD LOST) AND I THINK IT IS BECAUSE OF ALL THE STRESS I'VE BEEN GOING THROUGH TOO...
YOU ARE RIGHT AND WE NEED TO BE SUPPORTIVE FOR EACH OTHER. YOU ARE ALWAYS THERE FOR ALL OF US AND DON'T YOU THINK THAT WE AREN'T THERE FOR YOU.
I HAVE TRIED TO CHANGE THINGS UP SOME AND MY WAY WAS TO JOIN WEIGHT WATCHERS. I'M NOT SAYING THAT'S WHAT YOU SHOULD DO, BUT MAKE SOME CHANGES SOMEWHERE... AS FOR WHAT YOU ARE EATING... THAT IS A CHOICE... THINK OF IT THAT WAY... AND THEN CHOSE NOT TO EAT THOSE THINGS THAT ARE NOT GOOD FOR YOU.
WELL THOSE ARE A COUPLE OF SUGGESTIONS THAT I AM TRYING. I TOO NEED TO GET A GRIP ON MY JOURNEY... "WE" NEED TO DO THIS FOR OURSELVES. WE ARE WORTH IT!

I'M FINALLY USING WALKING AT WORK AS MY STRESS RELIEVER...WHEN THIS CRAZY BOARD OF DIRECTORS SAYS SOMETHING STUPID, I HEAD OUT THE DOOR...DOWN THE BLOCK AND BACK. CALMS ME AND I GET SOME EXERCISE. MAYBE YOU NEED TO SHAKE UP YOUR EXERCISE PLAN A BIT? OUR BODIES GET USED TO WHAT WE DO.

NOW FOR THE PICKY EATER...MY FRIEND, NO ONE IS WORSE THAN ME! ADD TO THAT MY CARB ADDICTION...VOILA! THERE YOU HAVE IT. I ONLY LIKE COOKED VEGGIES - I'M ALLERGIC TO LETTUCES SO THERE GO SALADS ON MY PLAN...SO MAYBE IF YOU UP PROTEINS...DO YOU LIKE EGGS? PEANUT BUTTER? CHICKEN? OH, FOR INSTANCE...IF I EAT OATMEAL, I ADD A TABLESPOON OF PEANUT BUTTER TO IT. PROTEIN FILLS US UP...

MAYBE WE CAN DO THIS TOGETHER - FOOL OURSELVES (SORT OF LIKE I DO WHEN I HAD TO CHANGE THE CATS' DIET...MIXED A LITTLE BIT INTO THEIR MEALS EACH DAY...UNTIL IT WAS ALL THE HEALTHY FOOD). HMMM...

    Char what an honest blog to come here and share it all and bear your heart and soul means you are hurting and have a need to find support and encouragement and we both know that the first place you need to find that is from within yourself. I say that cause I KNOW exactly where you are coming from.....I am in the same boat as this last two months have completely derailed me from life as I knew it, stress will do that to us and so will becoming too complacent with where we are when we've made successes happen.
Ok so NOW where do you go and what do you do to make things turn around? How do you get back that momentum you had when you first began? How do you reset your mind to make things happen as you once did in the beginning?
Well one things for sure YOU CAN START OVER!! Others have done it and so can we and you are NOT alone in this I for one am so thankful for your openness and honesty and we will deal with this together!!

    Char, Been there, done that... It's the pits. What we need to do is totally change our mindsets. My scales are going the wrong way, and I can't even claim to have lost as much as you did. I decided the only way my scales are going to go down, is if I open the bathroom window, and toss them out... Having done that, don't be so hard on yourself. We all screw up. You realize the problem, and you know the solution. You've vented here, and gotten it out of your system. Now, you (and I) have to find the motovation to get going again. We can do it. We are strong, beautiful women, no matter what the mirror says. I saw a picture of myself that was taken in April, and I actually sat and cried. I'm going to print it, and hang it all over the house. If that's what it takes to get me going again, so be it. You'll figure out what it's going to take for you to get goin' again. How about a little mini challenge between you and I, first one to lose five lbs. gets a goodie from the other. No time limit, no pressure that way. Just do what works the best for you, and get moving. As for your veggies, do you like V-8 juice? Drink that for one of your servings, or make your own by dumping the veggies in the blender, pureeing them, then dump some tomato juice in, and you're good to go. Good luck!

I have been there too. Look down deep inside and find the motivation.... Why do you want...or need to lose the weight? How will you do it? You know you can,,,you have done it before...and you will do it again.... Start tomorrow morning....follow the plan until noon.....congratulate yourself...do a little dance......then follow the plan until supper......do the same......no pm snacking...and a good night's sleep... Come on kiddo....Go for goal!!!! emoticon

HONESTLY AND SERIOUSLY....START EACH DAY WITH A POSITIVE THOUGHT FOR THE DAY. READING AND REFLECTING ON AN INSPIRATIONAL THOUGHT OR MESSAGE BEFORE YOU START YOUR DAY CAN PUT YOU IN A POSITIVE FRAME OF MIND. OR LOOK AT A PICTURE THAT REALLY MOVES YOU AND MAKES YOUR HAPPY. (I USE ONE OF MCKENZIE DOING A BACKBEND WITH A BIG SMILE ON HER FACE OR ONE OF HER DOING A STRADDLE WITH HER LAYING ON HER BELLY AND ELBOWS BETWEEN HER LEGS AND STILL SMILING.) JUST MAKES ME HURT TO THINK ABOUT TRYING IT, BUT MAKES MY DAY BECAUSE SHE LOVES DOING IT. I WILL POST THEM IN MY PHOTO GALLERY FOR YOU TO CHECK OUT.

IT IS TOUGH WHEN YOU HAVE TO TAKE CARE OF SOMEONE THAT JUST RUBS YOUR NERVES RAW. AND TO KNOW THERE ARE NOT MANY OTHER CHOICES MAKES IT TOUGH. HAVE YOU TALKED TO ROY ABOUT HOW YOU FEEL ABOUT TAKING CARE OF JANICE? MAYBE SEARCHING FOR ANOTHER PART TIME JOB IS WHAT YOU SHOULD GIVE SOME THOUGHT TO. I KNOW YOU EAT YOUR FRUITS AND VEGGIES, I HATE MOST VEGGIES MYSLEF. UNLIKE YOU , I LIKE THEM RAW, BUT THE VARIETY IS VERY LIMITED. DO YOU EVER TRACK THE AMOUNT OF SODIUM IS IN YOUR FOOD? I HAVE FOUND THAT IT MAKES A BIG DIFFERENCE IN WHAT MY SCALE SAYS. I WEIGH BEFORE I GO TO BED AND WHEN I GET UP MOST DAYS. I KNOW I SHOULDN'T BUT IT ACTUALLY KEEPS ME MORE AWARE. THE FLUCUATION IN WEIGHT CAN BE 2-3 LBS. DON'T ASK ME WHY I DO IT, BUT IT DOES HELP ME. I KNOW IF I ATE TOO MUCH SODIUM IN A DAY THAT I CAN ACTUALLY WEIGH MORE IN THE MORNING THEN I DID AT NIGHT. YOUR BODY CAN BE VERY SENSITIVE TO THE AMOUNT OF SODIUM YOU ARE INGESTING.
JUST SOME THINGS TO THINK ABOUT. I DON'T KNOW IF IT WILL HELP OR IF ROY IS OPEN TO DISCUSSING THE STRESS YOU ARE FEELING. I KNOW SOME MEN DON'T REALIZE HOW WE FEEL. YOU HAVE TO SPELL IT OUT, THEY ARE NOT MIND READERS. SO ANYWAY, YOU HAVE TO KNOW WE ALL CARE ABOUT WHAT HAPPENS TO YOU AND THAT YOU ARE IMPORTANT TO ALL OF US. YOU ARE THE CHOPPED LIVER OF THE TEAM. EVERY TEAM NEEDS AT LEAST ONE. LOL LOL NOW TAKE THE DAY TO RELAX AND THINK ABOUT A PLAN OF ACTION THAT YOU CAN LIVE WITH AND TRY TALKING TO YOUR HUBBY. TRY WRITING DOWN WHAT YOU NEED SO THAT YOU KNOW EXACTLY WHAT YOU NEED TO TALK ABOUT. I DON'T MEAN REHEARSE IT OR ANYTHING BUT JUST SO YOU DON'T FORGET WHAT YOU WANT TO TALK ABOUT.

YEAH! I'M FREE FOR 3 DAY'S!I FEEL GOOD NA,NA,NA LIKE I KNEW I SHOULD NOW! I FEEL GOOD!LOLI DROPPED JANICE OFF AND WENT TO A COUPLE OF STORES AND NOW I AM HOME AND PUT THEM AWAY!I WAS NICE A PICKED JANICE UP SODA A CUBE WAS 3.99 IT HASN'T BEEN THAT IN A LONG TIME I GOT HER 2 SO THAT SHOULD LAST HER A WHILE!NOW I JUST HAVE TO GET THE MONEY OFF OF HER!HMMM
WELL TODAY WASN'T BAD IT IS VERY HOT IT ONLY RAINED ON AND OFF FOR A SHORT PERIOD OF TIME!
GOT ALL MY EXERCISE DONE FIRST THING THIS MORNING AND ALL MY CLEANING DONE AND I WASHED ONE LOAD OF TOWELS AND PUT THEM AWAY!NOW WE ARE TRYING TO DECIDE WHAT TO HAVE FOR SUPPER!
AND I SHALL GO SEE WHAT MY TEAM IS UP TO!
