OK I AM RELAXING NOW

YES IT IS ALMOST 500PM AND I AM FINALLY RELAXING! IT HAS TAKEN ME A LONG TIME TO KNOW WE ALL NEED TIME FOR OURSELVES! SO ON SUNDAY'S I TRY AND DO JUST THAT! I STILL DO THE SPARK BOOT CAMP VIDEO'S AND THERE IS ONE FOR EACH DAY OF THE WEEK I ALWAYS DO 2. SO THAT IS THE ONLY EXERCISE I PLAN ON DOING BESIDES WALKING AND I DID 90 MINUTES OF THAT TODAY I WENT FOOD SHOPPING AND REGULAR SHOPPING I WANTED THOSE CHAIRS I SEE LIKE A RECLINER BUT THE FOOT PART GOES DOWN INSTEAD OF UP WELL THEY DIDN'T HAVE ANY SO I COULDN'T LOOK AT THEM BUT I WALKED AND WALKED LOOKING AT THINS ONLY GOT 2 SPICES AND THAT WAS IT OH YES A PILL SPLITTER FOR HUBBY THE BIG BABY.LOL AND DAUGHTER WAS HERE FOR AN EARLY SUPPER SHE HAD TO GO BACK TO WORK SO THE DISHES ARE DONE AND MY CLOTHES ARE OUT FOR TOMORROW!ONLY A 4 DAY WEEK THIS WEEK I TOOK OFF FRIDAY AND WE HAVE NEXT MONDAY OFF FOR MEMORIAL DAY AND I TOOK NEXT TUESDAY OFF TO SO I WILL BE OFF FOR 5 DAY'S YEAH! THEN ALSO THE FOLLOWING WEEK I DID THE SAME THING CAUSE MONDAY JUNE 1st I HAVE MY COLONOSPY YUCK! AND A YEAR SALE THAT WEEKEND SO THAT WILL BE A BUSY WEEKEND!BUT I AM REALLY LOOKING FORWARD TO IT! WELL THE SUN FINALLY COMES OUT AT 500PM. IT WAS A LITTLE COOL TODAY!
WELL I AM GOING TO CHECK IN WITH MY TEAM AND GO TO MY RECLINER AND MAYBE TAKE A Nap!lol

POSITIVES NO WORK TODAY!

STRUGGLING WITH MYSELF

YES I AM STRUGGLING WITH MYSELF! I AM SO HAPPY TO BE HERE AND HAVE FOUND THIS SITE AND SO MANY FRIENDS THAT ARE ALL IN THE SAME BOAT AND I CAN TALK TO EACH AND EVERYONE AND GET ADVICE TO HELP WITH THIS JOURNEY! I AM GLAD THAT I LOST 30 POUNDS BUT NOT HAPPY THAT I AM GAINING THEM BACK SLOWLY! I SAID YESTERDAY I KNOW WHAT I HAVE TO DO NOW I HAVE TO DO IT! I HAVE TO GET MY MIND SET AND THERE IS SOMETHING IN THE WAY THAT WON'T LET ME!I PUT ON A NEW SHIRT I JUST GOT WITHIN THE MONTH AND IT IS TO TIGHT SO I AM IN TROUBLE! I WORKED SO HARD GETTING TO WHERE I AM TODAY AND DON'T WANT TO GO BACK TO THE WEIGHT I STARTED WITH!AS I HAVE SAID OVER AND OVER AGAIN I AM PROUD THAT I DRINK THE WATER 8-8OZ GLASSES A DAY AND EAT THE FRUITS AND VEGGIES BUT THIS IS NOT ENOUGH AND I EXERCISE AND HAVE NOT MISSED A DAY GOOD THING OR I WOULD WEIGH MORE THAN HEN I STARTED CAUSE I AM NOT EATING THE RIGHT THINGS AND CAN'T SEAM TO GET ON TRACK LIKE I WANT TO.
YESTERDAY I WENT OVER MY CALORIES!PLEASE I AM NEEDING HELP ON KICKING MY BUTT ON THIS ONE. I WANT THIS SO BAD TO BE AT LEAST AT 139 REALLY LESS THAN THAT BUT 139 WOULD MAKE ME SO HAPPY!I COULD SIT AND CRY BUT WHERE IS THAT GETTING ME?I KNOW WE AREN'T SUPPOSE TO BEAT OURSELVES UP BUT I NEED IT RIGHT NOW CAUSE I AM HEADED IN THE WRONG DIRECTION AND GOING THAT WAY WAY TO FAST!
SO I AM PRAYING DEAR LORD PLEASE HELP ME GET THERE SHOW ME THE WAY PLEASE!

    Char,
I have to agree with Mary about staying off the scales and set yourself down and go over what is going into your mouth at work, at home all during the day. I know what your going through as I am going up and down and up and down. I know that some of mine is because of my shoulders and not being able to cook for over 3 months. My husband God love him tries but he doesn't understand that I can't eat the same as he does. I am back to cooking now and hope to see my weight go down. I can't do excercises but I can walk and I am trying to walk some everyday. I know that this life change will work and sometimes we fall off the path and have to climb back on and start our journey again.

How many times have we heard people say to us, you didn't get here overnight, so don't expect to lose it over night either? It is so true, so just keep at it. Remember you have done it before, you can do it again. You have the drive in you. I wish I was more like you!

    CHAR, YOU ARE DOING SO MANY THINGS RIGHT. FOCUS ON THAT AND PERHAPS STOP WEIGHING YOURSELF FOR AWHILE. EVEN WITH THE SPARKPEOPLE CONVENTION GIVING ME MOMENTUM, THERE IS STILL NO "QUICK FIX". THIS IS A JOURNEY WITH UPS AND DOWNS. WE ARE HUMAN BEINGS FULL OF EXTERNAL DISTRACTIONS, SO SOMETIMES WE CONCEED AND ALLOW DISTRACTIONS TO TAKE US OFF COURSE. EMBRACE EVERY PART OF THE JOURNEY, EVEN WHEN YOU GO OFF COURSE BECAUSE EACH PART OF THE JOURNEY IS A WAKE UP CALL.

    CHAR, NO ONE HAS ALL THE ANSWERS...SOMETIMES THEY LIE DEEP WITHIN EACH ONE OF US. IF YOU ARE LIKE ME, YOU NEED TO FIND YOUR TRIGGERS AND TRY TO AVOID THEM. MAKE SURE YOU ARE MAKING GOOD CHOICES AND CHECKING YOUR PORTION SIZES. I KNOW IT IS EASIER SAID THEN DONE.
YOU ARE HOWEVER MAKING GOOD CHOICES IN DRINKING YOUR WATER AND EATING YOUR FRUITS AND VEGGIES...SO YOU ARE ON THE RIGHT TRACK.
REMEMBER;
GOD GIVES US A NEW DAY EVERY 24 HOURS, START FRESH. EACH DAY IS A NEW BEGINNING, TREAT IT AS SUCH. MAKE THE MOST OF EVERY DAY THAT GOD GIVES YOU.

YES I HAVE GOT TO GET BACK ON TRACK I HAVE BEEN SLIPPING AND SLIPPING!WHEN I THINK ABOUT IT I HAVE LOST 30 POUNDS SINCE STARTING SPARK AND THAT IS GREAT BUT GOT WAY TO COMFORTABLE WITH THE WEIGHT LOSS AND FIGURED HEY I CAN HAVE THIS AN THAT AND JUST WORK IT OFF!WRONG I CAN'T JUST HAVE ONE CAUSE ONE TURNED INTO TWO AND SO ON!IT IS A LIFE STYLE CHANGE AND IF I WANT TO GET TO THE NEXT 30 POUNDS OFF THIS IS NOT THE WAY TO DO IT! I PUT BACK ON 10 PLUS POUNDS GOING BACK AND FORTH! THIS HAS GOT TO STOP HERE AND NOW NOT TOMORROW RIGHT NOW!I HAVE ALWAYS BEEN GREAT WITH EXERCISING AND DRINKING MY 8-8OZ GLASSES OF WATER A DAY AND EATING MY FRUITS AND VEGGIE WELL VEGGIE MAYBE MISSING TWICE!BUT AS I HAVE SAID BEFORE IT IS WHAT I EAT THAT IS SLOWLY KILLING MY LIFE STYLE CHANGE AND I AM NOT LIKING WHAT I AM SEEING IF I AM GOING TO REACH MY GOAL IT IS NOT THE WAY I HAVE BEEN DOING IT! THERE HAS BEEN ALOT OF STRESS IN BOTH MY JOBS AND THAT IS WHERE THE EATING IS COMING INTO PLAY!AT WORK THERE ARE ALWAYS DAILY CHALLENGES SO MUCH BAD FOOD AROUND AND NO SERIOUS PEOPLE THERE TO HELP I THINK IF I HAD A BUDDY THAT WOULD STICK BY ME IT WOULD BE A GREAT HELP BUT NOT TO BE FOUND SINCE THAT IS WHERE I SPEND MOST OF MY TIME ON THE JOBS!OK THERE YOU HAVE IT AND THIS IS IT ME RECOMMITTING MY SELF NOW WISH ME LUCK!

AN OK DAY

YES TODAY WAS AN OK DAY THE USUAL BUSY AND GOT ALL MY EXERCISE DONE. AND DOWNSTAIRS THEY WERE ORDERING BAGLES AND HARD ROLLS AND THIS GIRL WAS PASSING THEM OUT AND SUE COULDN'T DECIDE WHAT ONE TO HAVE AND THE GIRL SAID TAKE ONE OF EACH AND THIS SUE SAID OH NO THEN THEY WILL BE TALKING ABOUT ME!LOL SHE NEVER STOPS GOOD THING I WASN'T THERE CAUSE I WOULD HAVE SAID SOMETHING TO HER!OH WELL WHAT YA GOING TO DO!
TODAY IT WAS RAINING AND STILL IS ALL DAY!I AM WATCHING MY SOAP OPERA AND WASHING CLOTHES AND IRONING!
DIDN'T GET THE FLOWERS PLANTED SO MAYBE TOMORROW ONLY HAVE 4 TO GO!WELL I AM GOING TO GO SEE WHAT MY WONDERFUL TEAM IS UP TO!THANKS IN ADVANCE FOR READING MY BLOG AND HUGS TO ALL!

A LONG DAY TODAY

YES GANG TODAY WAS A VERY,VERY BUSY AND LONG DAY!GOT UP ATE BREAKFAST,DID MY EXERCISES AND WENT TO WORK WALKED FOR 2 HOURS AND THEN THE PHONES AND WHOLE OFFICE WAS SO,SO BUSY!WENT ON MY LUNCH HOUR AND HAD TO GET TWO MORE PLANTS DIDN'T GET THEM PLANTED TONIGHT CAUSE MY DIL CALLED AND WANTED US TO GO OUT TO EAT FOR A LATE MOTHER'S DAY GIFT SO WE DID TO A CLUB WE ARE MEMBER'S AT TOTAL BILL FOR 4 PEOPLE WAS 25.00 CAN'T GO WRONG FOR THAT I HAD CHICKEN.NOW I AM SO TIRED I COULD SPIT MY WHOLE SCHEDULE IS THROWN OFF! BUT I DID ENJOY MYSELF!LOL I AM NOW WATCHING MY SOAP OPERA AND HITTING THE SACK A LITTLE LATE AFTER I GO CHECK AND SEE WHAT MY TEAM HAS BEEN UP TO!THANKS TO ALL FOR READING MY BLOG AND HUGS TO ALL!
