Well, its been awhile. Here I am again....back where I need to be.
I have been sure enjoying myself & in that I have gained 8 lbs.
I am back as of yesterday where I need to be. Where I lost 52 lbs.
My class reunion is coming up & I want to lose 20 before Sept 12:)
This is the 50th!!! phewww thats a big number. Aren't I supposed to be a little old lady?
Anyway it is back to my products that work so well for me.

My Torani order came....Woot Woot!!!! Believe me being able to make my favorite coffee is such a high!!! With Torani No Cal and sometimes Lite Whip....Starbucks at home.

Hope you are taking advantage of all the great products out there to keep you on the journey!!!

Today I'm making my special pizza!!

Just exactly what I can have....whole wheat crust, great low cal Wegmans sauce, onions, mushrooms....I dont even miss the meat!!!!

I am getting back on my 1200 approx. calories per day. I don't have any pictures to share yet as my computer blew out in big storm last week. Luckily we have Carbonite & Im running the back up restore.... right now. It takes several days then I should have everything back.
Ok granddaughter #2 is here so let me get off & go play with her Fairy Land.

Have a great Spark Day!!!!

Big snow event all up & down the east coast. My biggest problem trying not to eat & eat. Anyone else main fun in snow is cooking? Yesterday I made fabulous Shrimp Marinara and Great Chocolate Frostee thingy....all on my food plan!

Today so far Ive made Banana Bread & we'll have leftovers tonight! I love using the tools & tricks I have learned on my journey to do wonderful cooking & eating.
My pups are so enjoying the Snow...
Once we came in they enjoyed it more....:)
Wish I could play with them but this COPD doesn't like the cold air....last time I went out & brought in wood....major burning all thru my scarred up esophagus....Stinks!
Got a pile of videos at our local library...that has been great now just praying we don't lose electric. We have 8" as of about where you are??

Friday, Friday....

Oh I think that song is actually "Monday, Monday"!

Wonderful day...My 3 P's (Prayer, Pushaways & Perseverance) are fully in place.

given a great verse Mark 14:38.. Watch and pray so that you will not fall into temptation. The spirit is willing, but the flesh is weak!

Isn't that great....Keeping that one for sure!!!!!

So, off to the store to get what I wanted for a healthy day of good cooking & eating.

Got a HUGE porkroast on sale for $1.99 lb so had them cut it into 3 roasts so we have 3 great meals of "the other white meat".
Tried a new recipe for SlowCooker Cranberry Porkroast...

The house is smelling AMAZING...Also made a big salad of Spinach/fresh greens/mushrooms/tomatoes/basil .

Then add my secret Walden Farms O cal it.

Lots going on this weekend. Grandson Sean who is a Md Univ Hockey Player has a tournament at Naval Academy...can't wait.

Have a Great Spark Weekend!

How wonderful it is to find exactly what works for you & know you can live it.
I lost 50 of my lbs to lose last year. Then in Dec-New Years I gained 5. I relaxed & totally enjoyed the holidays having cheats (to me) each day). Day we got home from our vaca to FL I went right back on my plan. Guess what? 2 weeks later.....7 lbs lighter! I am Happy Happy Happy.
It is all in knowing what works for you. My products....Walden Farms 0 calorie products, Torani 0 calorie products, Skinny Pop....These things help me each & everyday!
This is the year of my 50th High School Reunion. I hope to be another 10 lbs down by that time.
Have a great day Sparkers!!!

Congrats. I really need to get my mojo working. I need to check into that Walden Farms dressing. Could be used for more than salads. We adopted a new little Maltese over the holidays too. He is little but he is actually 8.

2nd Day Back....

Tuesday, January 07, 2014

1st day yesterday....I was very very good and down 1 lb today! Of course I would be I probably went from 2400 cals to 1300!!!
Already to the store this am to stock up on more fruits, Skinny Popcorn and right now cooking my Pico Chicken.
Will have for both lunch & dinner as I love it & makes it easy to track my calories:)

Anyone new to me....I don't mention exercise as I really can't. Have COPD and anything, even fast walk brings on massive coughing attacks so...I do the best I can. Strut w/that grocery cart when I shop etc.

Oh, Carol asked about my pups.
Yes last nite was a 3 Dog Night!!!
This morning when I went to the bank it was 6 is up to 9 now!
I am so blessed to work at home for our little business. After 30 years in corporate world being home is a fabulous blessing!!

Have a great Spark Day
