I have been on vacation for the past ten days. My wife started a new job a few weeks ago, so she does not have any vacation time. Therefore, this was a hang out a home vacation. I did well with my eating, I did have some treats but over all I did okay. I never missed one workout.
I have been on track with my workouts. On Saturday, I did 65 min on treadmill and 20 minutes of swimming and 1 plank. On Sundays, I take off from exercising. On Monday, I did 66 min of Elliptical, 10 strength training exercises, 1 plank and 100 ab machine crunches.
Today, I was ready to do something differently. So, I walked the distance of a 10k race. Actually, a little further. I was surprised with how well I did. All of the working out and weight loss has definitely made a huge different.
